The property is in an excellent location-within walking distance of all major sights. There is a grocery store very close, and it is a safe neighborhood. Our only issue was with the lady who was to meet us with the key exchange. Because she only has a flip phone, we were unable to contact her with email or WhatsApp. She was only available through SMS, which was limiting for us.

Stay away!! The condition of the property was unacceptable. There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke throughout, the floors were dirty, and spider webs were everywhere, shower water stream is weak and the shower is too small. The cleanliness and maintenance were far below a reasonable standard. The host was not responsive and ignored all of our messages. Do yourself a favor and keep searching.

Nous avons été déçu du logement :- présence de cafards dans la cuisine- appartement vétuste et peu entretenu- présence d'humidité et de moisissures- les plaques de cuisson mettent 30 minutes à chauffer - impossible de mettre les 2 plaques de cuisson en même temps sinon l'électricité disjoncte- nécessité de couper le ballon d'eau chaude pour pouvoir faire à manger- canapé lit inconfortable : on sent les ressorts- rue et voisinage très bruyant, à n'importe quelle heure de la journée et de la nuit- ustensiles de cuisine en quantité très limitéeApparemment les propriétaires sont au courant mais ne daignent pas améliorer les choses et traiter ce dont il y a besoin !Tout ces points négatifs ne viennent pas compenser les positifs : emplacement central et proche des bus supermaché à proximité.

Appartement très bien situé dans le centre de Rome à proximité des transports en commun et des monuments de la ville. Néanmoins, le ménage laisse à désirer (poils dans le lit et sol sale). De plus, la connexion internet est limitée (1GO par jour pour l'entièreté des occupants du logement) et pas de réseau disponible dans l'hébergement.

Für uns ideal, da man so die schönen langen Abende auf den Plätzen genießen kann und kurze Wege zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten hat. Daher haben wir uns wiederholt für diese Unterkunft entschieden.

ein schöner Aufenthalt in historischer Lage

Wir kommen schon zum wiederholten Male in dieses Appartement. Die Wohnung liegt mitten im Zentrum und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig bzw. mit Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut erreichbar. Dazu kommt die hilfsbereite und fürsorgliche Betreuung durch die Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort. Für uns ideal und jederzeit gerne wieder.
