It was 9:30PM when I reach the property and could not find it in the given address because there was no sign of it. At the end I was able to figured out the place. Meanwhile I called the property but no body answer. I ring the bell many times but no answer at all. So It was very late, me and my daughter were very tired and I had to reserve another hotel via Expedia and call a taxi to go there. So I want my money back.

Check in was more than 1 hr late. Air conditioner broke and only a fan was provided during this heat. I called the owner “who claimed to be the owner” several times and never picked up. It was a horrible experience. My daughter (a minor) and I had to leave the property at 10:00 pm due to the extreme hot temperature in our room.

Clean, comfortable, convenient!

My boyfriend and I had a lovely stay at this small B&B. Clean, comfortable, and near a metro and bus stop. A bit outside of the central part of Rome, however we found it nice to be in a quieter part of town in the evenings. Would definitely recommend!

Nice hotel to use as a base.

Lovely room, hospitable hosts, clean good facitlies. Ideal to use as a base, it's a bit of a walk from the main piazzas on an evening for dinner. Quite a quiet area, which is sometimes a welcome relief after a hard days sight seeing. However for my wife and I, we prefer to be a bit closer to the many restaurants- however when we stayed, the metro was not running past 2130. So limited us to the immediate area ( without a considerable walk) on an evening. So when the metro is running normally, this would not have been a problem. Breakfast was brilliant, choosing our choice of drink the previous evening and a time to receive it. It is a simple italian breakfast consisting of a croissant and some biscuits and jams- perfect for us. If something else is needed then there are plenty of coffee bars around. The only "gripe" was there wasn't a kettle or any means to make a hot drink. There was however, a well stocked mini bar at very reasonable prices- e.g. a bottle of Water was €1.

Rome B and B close to Colosseum

We stayed for 6 days and the room was comfortable, clean and well maintained. We found the position excellent for dining out at prices lower than in the centre. There was a bus stop outside to take us to the Centre and the metro was only 5 mins away. It was also possible to walk to the Colosseum in less than 15 mins and to Piazza Venezzia in under half an hour. There was a supermarket and mini shop (open Late) closeby

Clean, comfortable and modern.

I would highly recommend this hotel to any-body looking to stay in the centre of rome. The room was very clean with a modern and stylish feel to it. The service was also very friendly and helpful, giving very good recommendations on the best local restaurants and taxi services. My girlfriend and I both really enjoyed our 2 night stay and if we are ever in that neck of the woods again we will be sure to return to OnTimeB&B

Amazing place to stay in Rome

The room we stayed in was lovely, very clean and well kept, the bed was very comfortable and the room was just overall a great place to come back to after a busy day. The location was excellent we managed to walk pretty much everywhere from the B&B, the Colosseum was only about a 15-20 minute walk away and we also managed to walk all the way up to the Villa Medici/Spanish Steps (although I maybe wouldn't recommend this if you don't like long walks as it did take a while) and the metro is only a few streets away which is really easy to use. Breakfast was lovely and just enough to start you off for the day and the staff were very helpful. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return again.

Clean and Comfortable

This B&B was very clean, beautifully updated, quiet, and secure. It's in a great location just a couple blocks from the closest metro station so it's easy to get around with public transportation, and there are a few great restaurants within walking distance. Raoul was extremely helpful whenever we had questions. Breakfast was good but simple - croissants, crackers, and drinks.

Good location and simple breakfast

This bnb is near to mtr station. There is a supermarket on the opposite site of the road. The bed is comfortable and we had pleasant stay there! The host gave us a map and told us which bus we could take to go to the main tourist spots. He was very nice. The only drawback was the breakfast. It was rather too simple.

Interior like new. Very clean. Adequate space. Well equipped. Adequate continental Breakfast in room. Very friendly, helpful staff. Independent keys with free entrance. Just opposite city bus stop. Convinient to go to airport via bus and train. Metro station very close. Very good value for money.

We were able to walk and take the subway everywhere we wanted to go! (Although we did average about 10 miles a day) The breakfast and coffee brought to our room daily was delicious and Raul was super helpful and nice. He gave up a map of Rome and circled the main points of interest! The room was a great value for the price.

Mooie ruime kamer, wij hadden de midnight kamer, deze was met twee etages, beneden via een wenteltrap het slaapgedeelte, boven een heel klein zitje en een mooie badkamer, wel het idee dat een muur wat vochtig was en een muffe lucht, verder prima schoon gehouden, goede bedverschoning en handdoeken, het bed kon wel beter, keihard en een hoop gebonk als je je omdraaide. De ligging was prima, dichtbij de metro en dan zit je in een mum van tijd bij de bezienswaardigheden. Supermarktje zit vlakbij en 1 straat verder een heel goed restaurantje.

Kein richtiges Hotel, nicht leicht zu finden

Das sogenannte Hotel befindet sich in einem normalen Mehrfamilienhaus, und ist von außen nicht gekennzeichnet. Das Hotel zu finden ist nur anhand der Adresse möglich und beim Studieren der unzähligen Klingelschilder findet man dann ein unauffälliges Schild. Es gibt vier Zimmer, die allerdings sauber gehalten werden. Mein Zimmer erstreckte sich quasi über zwei Etagen, in der unteren, wo sich das Bett befindet, roch es etwas nach Schimmel. Leider habe ich das gebuchte Frühstück nicht erhalten, angeblich sei die Buchung dort so nicht eingegangen. Am Morgen hatte man kein warmes Wasser, da offensichtlich das gesamte Haus morgens duschen war, so dass ein Duschen nur am Nachmittag bzw Abend möglich war. Das Hotel liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig, man ist sehr schnell und bequem mit Bus und der Metro überall, wo man hin möchte. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es auch genügend Möglichkeiten etwas zu essen oder zu trinken. Letztlich habe ich das Hotel nur zum Schlafen genutzt, dafür ist es in Ordnung. An einem Abend war es extrem laut, dass ich andere Gäste mit dem ansonsten sehr freundlichen Hotelier lautstark auf dem Flur stritten. Wenn man verkehrsgünstig und preislich günstig in Rom übernachten möchte, kann ich das Hotel empfehlen.

Acqua gelida e personale arrogante.

Acqua gelata che non è stata sistemata perché “no, si sbaglia, non è possibile, l’acqua calda c’è e funziona” Camera comoda (cuscini un po’ meno) ma soggiorno rovinato dalla possibilità di non farsi una doccia e dall’arroganza di chi ci ha accolti.
