The apartment is located in a condominium building a few meters from the Metro C Alessandrino stop and is divided into two independent parts, in complete autonomy and privacy, the first with an entrance and study available to the property and a second separate part with a further double door where guests stay equipped with two bedrooms one triple with balcony and one twin or double, a full kitchen with double microwave / traditional oven and balcony with a wide view over the city, a bathroom with shower, hairdryer and washing machine. Both bedrooms are air conditioned. Thanks to the connection of metro C in just 12 minutes you will arrive at the museum metro station of San Giovanni, an interchange point with metro A to get to the center of Rome (3 Termini stops / 5 Fontana di Trevi stops ...) or by bus direction Venice plaza. The apartment is ideal for small families or couples looking for clean, quiet and cheap accommodation. Within walking distance a shopping center, bars, patisseries, tobacconists, a 24-hour supermarket, pizzerias, restaurants and laundries. A private paid garage is located under the building otherwise there is ample free parking on the street. The owners Francesca & Paolo will be at your disposal to provide advice and make your stay in Rome unique.

L'alloggio non si trova in centro ma è vicinissimo alla fermata Albertino della metro C.
I proprietari sono stati molto disponibili e gentili.
L'alloggio è spazioso, adatto per bambini e dotato di tutto il necessario.
