Great Experience
We had fantastic experience dealing with Andrea, the host. From early on, she always responded fast and answered all our questions within minutes. In fact i accidentally wrote to her late eve and she responded within minutes, while it was very early morning in Rome.
Location- Its located in one of the residential neighborhoods of Rome. Its quiet and nice. Tram and bus about 4 min walk and subway about 9. Grocery stores and restaurants are nearby with prices about half of what it cost in central rome.
Now about apartment, its huge, clean and was just recently renovated. Everything was much better than in pictures. All rooms had AC and it worked as it should( we were in rome during heat wave). Beds had fresh linen and were prepared for our arrival. Kitchen had all necessary utensils, tea kettle, nespresso machine, microwave and toaster. Host showed their thoughtfulness by providing nespresso cups, box of tea, jam and even crackers. In fridge she left large water bottle.
Bathroom: it was clean, had hot water, hand shower shower had in addition to main head and strong water pressure. Host also provided 4 sets of towels, shampoo, conditioner and soap. Also provided was a hair dryer.
Bedrooms had easily accessable outlets to connect all our devices.
Washing mashine worked and host provided detergent. We brought our own.
Overall, i would give this rental a rating of A+ and would recommend it to all my friends visiting Rome.
