Comfortable and cared for down to the last detail, the apartment can accommodate up to 6 people and has a living room with double sofa bed and dining area, fully equipped kitchen with fridge with freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, electric oven and microwave, kettle.
The two bedrooms both have a double bed and a wardrobe.
One of the bathrooms has a walk-in shower, while the other has a comfortable bathtub.

Approximately 15 steps lead to an outdoor terrace, equipped with table, chairs and umbrella. The ideal solution to relax with an aperitif or a dinner.

Further services available to guests: unlimited WiFi, air conditioning, heating, 2 TVs, soundproofed windows with grilles, hairdryer, washing machine, clothesline, iron and ironing board.
Towels and bed linen sets are provided for each guest.

Please note that check-in must be arranged directly with the structure and provide a supplement as follows: - 21. 00 - 24. 00: € 30.00; 24:00 - 01.00: € 40.00. After 01.00, it is not possible to arrange check-in.

On the spot will be required to pay the tourist tax of € 3.50 per person per night, as requested by the City of Rome.
