Stayed here for only 1 night in a tourist group. Arrived at night so we didn't have the chance to explore the surroundings but we saw the supermarket next door that still open at 8 pm. Room size is average but well maintained. Breakfast is provided with only a few choices but there also a lot of other tourist group staying at the same time so some of the food ran out quite fast.

Stayed about 3 nights here as part of a tour. The location is convenient (it is in front of an Auchan) but the free breakfast was not as fresh and diverse as in other hotels. Also, on the second day somebody stole a wallet (without any money, just small tokens, so it was not in the safe deposit box) and some sweets from our room. The staff was really un-helpful and somewhat rude, implying that it was really our fault. Also, the water in the showers switched from really hot to cold suddenly, and the lights in the room would go off without any reason. Would not come back.

Modern hotel, clean room, very good breakfast with lots of pastries and very good coffee and fruit juices. The staff is very cute and when something missing in the room, the staff reacts as soon as possible

Modern hotel, polite staff, great breakfast... but no wi fi... I had to pay for it.. good location. Within walking distance.. of the city centre. Not offering wi fi is a drawback... especially if you need it for your job.

This Hotel is avergae, not bad not good. Has a problema for a tourist is that has no metro near by, and the nearest tranvía station is very, very far away, like 10 blocks walking. Pros, has a supermarket near by, in case you need something.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 days and the internet was slow as freak. Honestly they kept lying that it was because of "too many guests" but it never really worked. Apart from that service was good and rooms were clean

4* hotel have no internet shouldn’t be 4* hotel. Hotel clean, personal kind, but common we are 2017. You won’t send a mail, you can write a letter or send a post card !!! Management - wake up !!!!!!!!!!!!

The place is very nice, clean and the staff is very friendly. I love the fact that the room is spacey for the two of us and the bed is comfortable. The hotel is quite a distance to downtown Rome. To go to Termini Station is about 30-40 minutes depending on how fast you can walk to the bus stop for line #14, Google said 12 minutes from the hotel to the stop. The good thing is the bus is really a tram, so the timing is pretty consistent. Just to describe how far it is, in the evening when you return from the Termini Station, you started as being a sardine in the cart into one of the last 10 persons left in the cart. I love the walk through the neighborhood. the few days that I stayed here, I started noticing the same neighbors walking the dogs in the morning and in the evening and how the Italians spend their afternoon in the park with their children or just chatting with friends. Something you may not see in downtown Rome. Also, you can contact the hotel to arrange for your transfer/pick up from the airport for a fee. Something that Laura helped me with and I am really grateful for since I traveled alone for the first few days of my stay. Lastly, my pet peeve is the internet connection. Just don't count on having an internet connection in this hotel since it is beyond slow. Just be prepared to use your data plan since it is much faster than their wi-fi speed.

Well, the good thing is: the crew at the lobby are very kind and glad to help, the rooms are clear as well. You also have lots of supermarketings and services around. But, forget about the wifi, you can't even post a picture at the Facebook, and that's just ridiculous when you think this is actually a 4 stars hotel, the morning breakfast is poooor, gosh and it's MILES away from the downtown.

The hotel room are clean, breakfast it's simple , they offer only 2 kind of cereals and there wasn't whole grain bread, yet it has everything. What didn't convince me it has been internet that doesn't work at all and also twin bed rooms are slightly to tight.
