I stayed in this hotel for 3 days and the internet was slow as freak. Honestly they kept lying that it was because of "too many guests" but it never really worked. Apart from that service was good and rooms were clean
4* hotel have no internet shouldn’t be 4* hotel. Hotel clean, personal kind, but common we are 2017. You won’t send a mail, you can write a letter or send a post card !!! Management - wake up !!!!!!!!!!!!
The place is very nice, clean and the staff is very friendly. I love the fact that the room is spacey for the two of us and the bed is comfortable. The hotel is quite a distance to downtown Rome. To go to Termini Station is about 30-40 minutes depending on how fast you can walk to the bus stop for line #14, Google said 12 minutes from the hotel to the stop. The good thing is the bus is really a tram, so the timing is pretty consistent. Just to describe how far it is, in the evening when you return from the Termini Station, you started as being a sardine in the cart into one of the last 10 persons left in the cart. I love the walk through the neighborhood. the few days that I stayed here, I started noticing the same neighbors walking the dogs in the morning and in the evening and how the Italians spend their afternoon in the park with their children or just chatting with friends. Something you may not see in downtown Rome. Also, you can contact the hotel to arrange for your transfer/pick up from the airport for a fee. Something that Laura helped me with and I am really grateful for since I traveled alone for the first few days of my stay. Lastly, my pet peeve is the internet connection. Just don't count on having an internet connection in this hotel since it is beyond slow. Just be prepared to use your data plan since it is much faster than their wi-fi speed.
Well, the good thing is: the crew at the lobby are very kind and glad to help, the rooms are clear as well. You also have lots of supermarketings and services around. But, forget about the wifi, you can't even post a picture at the Facebook, and that's just ridiculous when you think this is actually a 4 stars hotel, the morning breakfast is poooor, gosh and it's MILES away from the downtown.
The hotel room are clean, breakfast it's simple , they offer only 2 kind of cereals and there wasn't whole grain bread, yet it has everything. What didn't convince me it has been internet that doesn't work at all and also twin bed rooms are slightly to tight.
I have stayed in this hotel 4 night.. In all of these days I couldn't send even one text in telegram and WhatsApp. I told the reception about the speed of internet, they told me it's because of another guest..!?!! The location of this hotel was too far from city center.. I had problem at night, If you want to go hotel there is no metro, you should wait for bus and sometime after 30 minutes I prefer to walk 17km in 40min from nearest metro to hotel..! In the morning you can go to termini by 10 minutes walk then there was a train, although it was crowded it was the best way..!
Our hotel was arranged by our tour. It was away from busy Rome. This hotel was packed by tour from Indonesia, China etc. Room was bit small, hardly place 2suitcases. The AC was very annoying keep cutting off when it reached certain temperature. Good powerful shower which was great. The wall of the room was like paper thin, could easily hear next door. Next to the hotel, there was a huge supermarket & pharmacy even IKEA. Breakfast was simple but good enough for the morning. Good free wifi in The entire building. Overall ok.
I liked the room facilities and how it was spacious. The bathroom was also nice. Their location is a bit far off from the city center but the consolation here is the nearby supermarket. This helps a lot since I wasn't a big fan of their dinner nor breakfast. They should try to improve on the food they serve for both breakfast and dinner. If you don't mind being a bit far off the city center, this hotel should be a good place to stay. Staff service is also good and the people at the reception are helpful.
The hotel is a typical business-hotel, quite ok. But: it's far from the Centre, the bar is open only until midnight (if you arrive late, the only drinks you get is out from your minibar, non alcohoic only), and my room was freezing cold (air condition was switched off, of course, but anyway the room was icy). Room and bathroom is clean, breakfast is nice.
IH hotel is quite cozy and reasonable in every sense. Good rooms, nice spread of breakfast. Near to large supermarket for necessary shopping. Staff courtesy is also to be mentioned very positive. We really had good time and comfortable stay
