Great stay at lovely hotel.

Great stay at comfortable hotel. I always stay near Termini station so I can walk to my accommodation & drop my bags ASAP. Room was clean & comfortable, air conditioning was a welcome bonus. Good wifi. Nice breakfast. The owners are very kind & accommodating & warmly welcomed me & stored my bag for hours after checking out. Perfect hotel for exploring the city, right near the main train station. Highly recommended!

We arrived to the hotel with multiple bags to discover that the lift doesn't work. So, 12 flights of stairs to the 3rd floor was very difficult. The room was very spacious. That's the only good thing I will say about it. The bathroom floor had hair from at least 5 previous guests. The bidet had hair in it. The shower had long black hair in it. There were flying bugs in the room. All of us have bug bites. The mattresses are thin and hard. The towels are thread bare. Location is good. Close to Metro and Termini.

The hotel was kind of a dump and the neighborhood was probably the worst in Rome. I can say the staff was amazing and very helpful. The staff made the best of a bad situation as we were stranded by another hotel that lost our reservation. The hotel was directly across the street from Termini station which was extremely convenient.

Very close to termini

Very convenient and close to train station. Quiet but nothing fancy. Building is old but room is clean with ac and tv. For breakfast , croissants not fresh and juice is watered down. Check-out time is actually 10:30 not 11:00 as Expedia says.

Reception, Rooms, Breakfast are located in 3 seperate buildings. Stayed there 1 night. Room was tiny and the smell wasn't that great. Wouldn't recommend unless your desperate and max 1 night only.

Quiet, very close to transport

Character hotel with small, ancient elevator. Close to main train and bus stations and walking distance to some of the main tourist attractions. Check in /out prompt and easy. Staff friendly (mostly) and helpful with advice.

uncomfortable bed & no wifi

Bed was very uncomfortable, couldnt sleep. Picked this hotel out of all the others in similar price range in the area because it was the only one advertising wifi in room & within walking distance of train station(since i was arriving at night & alone it felt important) felt safe walking there but thats the only positive i can say about the experience. Bed was hard & uneven at the same time, wifi would connect but immediately drop, hotel staff speak very little english & just shrugged their shoulders about the wifi. Room was clean, but lobby looks nothing like the pic & stairway & common area not well kept. Was unable to sleep, no very litlle italain so enjoying italian television is not an option, the lighting was to poor to read by & w/no wifi it was a loooong night of tossing & turning & no sleep. Wouldve checked out, but it was to late at night for that to be an option.

For a budget accommodation, it's pretty good choice. The only problem I had was, that reception was buildings away. So I accidentally ended up at the front door of the suites, but prompt service rectified the problem.Averell service was great, room clean and close to Termini train/subway station and Airport express coach services. I would highly recommend it.
