Detached house, renovated and with new furniture, consists of a habitable porch, kitchen, double room with king size bed, double room with queen size bed, single room, small study with sofa, bathroom, and a terrace for the exclusive use of guests , of 50sqm, with table and hammock for sunbathing. Home is located near metro stop (350mt) and the heart of Pigneto (bohemian area renowned for its locals) but in the silent quiet part called "villini" for the typical low detached houses like mine (street is really silent and quite). City tax required at the check in time 3,50euro each person each night for maximum 10 nights.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. The bathroom offers hair dryers and bidets. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a desk.
