The room was exquisite, the bet was large, the secondary room was comfortable after a of sightseeing. The staff was friendly and room service came twice a day to clean and turn over the beds.... Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

Great hotel with spacious rooms in a safe location. Would recommend.

The hotel was beautiful, and the staff were friendly. My wife and I hated the mattress (very firm and felt all the springs ) and had to request a mattress topper be added, which the staff was happy to do. Our bathroom sink wasn’t draining. Maybe it was just bad luck for us, but I won’t be staying there next time we visit Rome.

From the moment you arrive you are greeted with warmth and kindness. The luxury of the hotel can't be compared. The staff is warm and friendly. The rooms are magnificent and clean. There are a lot of hotels on this block and we have stayed at many of them. This one is hands down the best of them all. We have stayed there 3 times and will continue to stay there every year.

Wonderful spot on beautiful street, close to most sites but quieter area. Elegant hotel, great spa and rooftop area. Enjoyed breakfast buffet. Quiet room, comfortable bed and good size bathroom. Staff were great and we would come back!

Very nice hotel on Via Veneto. 15 minute walk to old town, and away from the mobs. Perfect balance. Nice staff, good breakfast, very nice spa. I'd say 4.5 stars. Very nice but not over the top, on the smaller side. Expensive, but better deal through booking service not available directly from hotel. I would return; make sure breakfast is included in the rate.

The hotel is beautiful, excellent location. The staff is very kind and helful

this is one of the best hotels in rome. it has nice location. very cooperative staff.

Jumeirah Grand Hotel Via Veneto (GHVV) is in the area between Rome's Termini station and Villa Borghese known as Modern Center & North Center known for its abundance of hotels. Compared to other hotels in the area, GHVV is in a less ideal location: farther from central Termini station (10-15 minutes) that is full of transportation links, is situated on a hill that you have to navigate up/down, and is farther from the key tourist sights. Most stays include a superb breakfast buffet with savory American breakfast items made to order (normal price 33 EUR), which was a very redeeming aspect. It serves as the ideal start to a packed day of sightseeing in the Eternal City. Other than that, the spa treatments and drinks menus are unimaginative (featuring items found at all high-end hotels). For the price (~40% higher than other five star hotels in Rome, such as the Boscolo hotels), this hotel is not worth the investment. The amenities are not significantly better, and you are farther from Rome's sights.

Dear Brett, thank you for your feed back, we all thank you for the kind words towards us and for recommending our location for position and courtesy of service. By the feed back of our guests we realize how the perception of the comfort of the mattress is really subjective: some of them have shown the pleasure of sleeping on a softer mattress than ours, some others, however, have required more rigid mattresses. I am sorry that during your night you did not inform us about the inconvenience of the sink and that this may have affected the overall impression of the Grand hotel via Veneto. It will be a pleasure for me to welcome you personally in the near future in order to have the chance to assure you the finest possible comfort. Kind Regards Ilaria
