This place wins, hands down, on convenient location and value. Not your hotel if you want a big room to lounge in, or something right in the middle of the tourist scene. Easy in and out from airport and all parts of Rome. Room was tidy, and while a bit spartan, it had everything that you needed.

Very close to the center, the tram station verry close, you can get easily to the touristic spot from the hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful specially Nasser he was a good help to us always smiling and trying to make us feel home. Thanks Nasser for everything.

This a great B&B and ideally situated for site seeing in Rome. Frequent trams run into the centre and the tickets are reasonably priced. The station is very close by. Buffet breakfast is very adequate and is keep replenished. Staff are very helpful and all speak very good English. I would recommend this B&B for a short stay in Rome.

I absolutely loved the staff, location and energy of this place. I came here in 2017 with my family for my first time in Rome. I came back to Rome 2 weeks ago and knew I had to stay here. The pricing was great, the staff is amazing and the location is great. This is right next to the tram that takes you to the city center and back. It's also next to the metro station if you want to visit the Vatican. And the breakfast.. good lord. Wifi and breakfast along with the rooms at a great price. I love the people I met here and will definitely be back for a third time.

Location is very convenient if you’re using Rome Trastevere railway station, however is probably the wrong end of Trastevere if you’re not! A very nice ice cream shop / bakery just down the road though, and Pepe e Rosa by the station was a charming little Italian restaurant. The hotel definitely has a budget chain feel, room was pretty large to be fair but very basic decorations, no tables beside the beds etc, and slightly odd lighting. It sort of felt modelled on Travelodge in the UK but a bit more basic. I could picture it having been a hostel in a past life, that’s been upgraded slightly! Room was clean, however bathroom had a fairly strong bad smell throughout the stay. Air con wasn’t able to be used, asked at reception but was told it’s not on at this time of year (we visited in late April) which was a little annoying given it was warm in Rome and as the hotel is by a busy road, sleeping with the window open is a recipe for a sleepless night. Mattress on the bed was rock hard, and pillows and towels were the cheapest possible. We didn’t opt for breakfast, which was a good move - looked like a basic cold selection served in a windowless room, and there’s a few lovely cafes nearby where the 7 Euros each will get you something much nicer! WiFi was quick and reliable, the best of all hotels during our week long stay in Italy. On balance I’m not sure we’d stay here again. Nothing dramatically wrong with it, but a combination of little things made it an average stay at best.

Visited with my husband and 8 YO and stayed 4 nights. Husband would say 3 stars, my son would say 4, so I gave it a 4 :) What we liked: awesome location. About 500 m from the train station, which made our arrival from the airport a breeze. Bus stop right in front of the hotel which gave access to a 10 min ride to the city centre, and then a short walk to places like the Colosseum etc., or a 10 min train ride to the Vatican. The Travesetere neighbourhood is great - fun restaurants (try Pizzeria Al Marmi for casual pizza, or Spiritu Di Vino for finer fare) - which made it a nice place to come home to at the end of the day...and frankly, had we not stayed here I’m not sure we would have made the trek to this neighbourhood, which would have been a miss. The hotel is very basic, almost like a hostel, in that the rooms are very spare - we had 2 beds and a bench, plus a small bathroom; no frills, not even any art save for the murals on the wall. Our son loved it - the lack of furniture meant he had lots of room to set up his toys and play. I think he also liked the bright colours and simple decor. Breakfast is adequate - croissants, cereal, yogurt, eggs and wieners, a small selection of fruit - again, my son loved it...my husband was not impressed but I think most people will find at least something here to eat (and if not, there are some nice bakeries etc. nearby). Service is friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a basic, clean room in a nice neighbourhood with easy access to everything - this is your place. Our point of view was that with all there is to see in Rome, we were going to be out and about most of the time, so a simple room in a central neighbourhood was the way to go. Recommended.

The staff, Andrea at the front desk is top of the line receptionist. supportive. made sure my needs were met as I had allergies to the sprays used in the rooms. She quickly informed staff of my needs. She was so friendly approachable the best.. There was also a gentleman I believe from Egypt that worked the night shift was so helpful. Helped me address, figure out problems with the computers. Great location, accessible to trains, 2 blocks away, buses right across the street, short ride to the Historic sites buy bus or walking. nice rooms. loved the art work on the walls, clean. quiet. I will definitely return.

Extremely happy to stay in this hotel because of very friendly, helpful and smiley staff. Clean, spacious rooms, extremely comfortable bed. Adequate breakfast. I have stayed in. I will be back again. Thanks

The B&B collection is very impressive although different from city to city. Located in my favourite part of Rome, B&B is close to everything. The rooms are spacious and clean. I would recommend to anyone looking for convenience and affordability.

Hotel was clean but extremely basic. No bar at reception, no coffee/tea kit in the room, tiny shower with curtain... All caps missing(sink, shower). You can find a much better breakfast some meters further for the same budget.
