In the most ancient and veracious heart of Rome, Smart House is a vacation home for rent for unforgettable stays in the Eternal City. It accommodates up to 6 people.
There are all the most modern accessories: wi-fi internet, air conditioning, heaters, blackout curtains, smart TV, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, electric oven, bookcase etc.
The house is located a stone`s throw from the Colosseum, the Imperial Forum, the basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore, Termini Station and several subway stops.

Smart House is located on the second floor of an ancient building in the historic center of Rome, along one of the most characteristic and authentic streets of the capital. The building is equipped with an elevator.
The charming apartment is well furnished and finished. The entrance is into a large living room, the fulcrum of the house, furnished with spacious leather sofa, two large smart TVs, dining room with oval table, refined upholstery and effect lighting.
Next to the living room is the well-equipped kitchen , complete with appliances and an abundance of kitchenware.
The sleeping area of Smart House consists of 3 double bedrooms with new designer furniture, all equipped with closet, blackout curtains, large TV, heating. One of the rooms has air conditioning with wall splits, the others have portable air conditioning. Completing the apartment are 2 shower rooms.
 
 
Smart House enjoys the special light of Rome: from the windows you can admire the typical facades of ancient Roman palaces.

Smart House is located in Via di San Martino ai Monti, one of the most picturesque streets in the historic center of Rome, which gives a special atmosphere to the stay, made of authenticity and uniqueness.
The nearest metro stop is Cavour station, just 450 meters away. Termini station is only 600 meters away. The Colosseum, with its metro stop, is 850 meters away.
The basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore is less than a 200-meter walk away. There are plenty of services, bus lines, typical restaurants, bars etc. in the area.
 
 



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 10 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 80 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Extra fee for heating service in winter period not included: euro 5 per day to pay upon arrival.
- Air conditioner in the living room and portable air conditioner in bedrooms.
