Summary: This is luxurious townhouse close to Doña Pepa and Quesada, which overlooks the communal pool. The property is nicely furnished with English TV, internet and a smartTV. The property comfortably sleeps 6 people. (a large double bed, twin beds and 2 twinbeds or a double bed). There are front and rear gardens and balconies to enjoy the sunshine. For stays of 10 nights or less, it is considered a Tourist Property - Tourism Contract. For stays of more than 10 nights, it is considered a seasonal rental in accordance with Decree Law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana, and a seasonal rental contract must be signed.
The Space: The townhouse has a large lounge/dining area. An independent kitchen with everything you need for your holiday. From the kitchen, it leads onto the rear garden and the BBQ . There is a large double bed in the downstairs bedroom. Off the lounge is a shower room.
Up the stairs are 2 bedrooms. The bedroom at the front of the house has 2 single beds which can go together to give a large double bed. Off this room is an ensuite shower room. At the rear of the property are 2 single beds and a family bathroom.
The Neighborhood: There are many shops and restaurants within walking distance to the property in Doña Pepa and Quesada. In Quesada there is a large water park open during from June to September.
The nearest beach is the town of Guardamar which is a 15 minute drive away.
There are many spanish towns around the area for your to explore. There are 2 lovely golf courses in Rojales and Algorfa within a 5 minute drive.
Getting Around: A car is recommended if you wish to explore the area.
