Detached private villa in its own grounds with private pool, sun terraces and fruit trees. It is situated in a quiet residential area on the hillside above La Marquesa Golf in Ciudad Quesada with views across the valley.

The property boasts off street parking under a car port, outside dining and relaxation areas, an elevated terrace with a swimming pool for the summer and a private hot tub area for the winter months. An outside shower is available for showering under the stars and the trees in the orchard offer fresh oranges, lemons and mandarins (subject to the season).

The front door opens to the glazed terrace / sun room with a ceiling fan; perfect for eating breakfast with views of the pool and across the valley. The interior of the house has two bedrooms and sleeps 4 people.

The main bedroom has an en-suite shower room and the main bathroom has a large double shower.

The spacious lounge has a LED TV and contains a three seater suede leather sofa and two matching arm chairs. There is an accompanying footstool for relaxing. The lounge also boasts a dining table that seats four people, close to the kitchen / serving area.

There is air conditioning in the main lounge area as well as in both bedrooms.

The American-style kitchen looks out over the pool from the window. It is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine and fridge freezer.

Multi-language television and DVDs are available for the evening entertainment after the very short trip to the local bars and restaurants which are aplenty in the La Marquesa area.

The golf course, driving range and putting greens are a short drive or 10 minute walk away.

The property will be supplied with linen for each bed and 2 towels per guest.

Villa in Quesada

Lovely property clean and just what we wanted for a relaxing holiday. Location nice and quiet but a little too far away from local bars and restaurants for walking.

sehr saubere Unterkunft. Die spanische Enrichtung bietet Alles, was es braucht. Die Zimmer sind, wie erwartet eher klein, aber absolut in Ordnung. Die Badezimmer sind renoviert und überdurchschnittlich gut. Das Haus steht in einer ruhigen Gegend am Hang, mit Blick auf den Golfplatz. Das Highlight ist sicher der Pool und im Winter das Jaccuzzi, welches top modern ist!Einziger Punkt der verbessert werden kann: Obwohl wir an einem Feiertag ohne Hausinstruktion angereist waren, wäre eine nachträgliche Check-In Instruktion geschätz worden. Leider haben wir in den 12 Tagen aber nie jemanden gesehen.
