There are terraces off of both bedrooms. There is also a toilet on the lower level. With a comfortably seated lounge area, separate dining facilities, and a glassed in terrace providing another seating area, this provides a spacious area to relax.
With private seated terrace to the rear of the property for outside dining. There is high speed internet provided free of charge and a Smart TV.
The community pool is just 50 metres away. A lovely choice for the family vacation.

Beautiful property, exactly as described in a lovely quiet residential area. The house was very clean, well maintained, spacious, and welcoming. The pool is literally 30 seconds away and a beautiful well maintained area, quiet and relaxing. Local area is quiet, few local bars and restaurants nearby. Quesada is about 5 minutes away in the car or a 20 minute walk.Would definitely recommend this property if you want a quiet and relaxed holiday. A lovely holiday.Thank you!

Good quiet stay in a clean terraced house
We really enjoyed our stay in Dona Pepe. Francisco and Scott were at the office to give us the keys earlier than the agreed time.
The property is well equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, satellite TV (UK/US channels & Netflix), two good sized bedrooms and outside furniture. There is a balcony off both bedrooms which ensures that you can relax in the sun In both the morning and afternoon. There is also outside space downstairs at the front and back.
The AC in both bedrooms is good and keeps them cool on hot days.
There is a good size living area with a nice big couch to relax on when the sun goes down.
A fan in the living room might be a good addition for sticky evenings but I would return to this property if in the area again.
