Our Aosta Valley is a "little corner of paradise," and in Roisan, 8 km from Aosta, you can find Loft Sirio carved out of a carefully renovated house.

Countless walks that the Roisan area offers, some starting at the back of the house either on foot or by bicycle and in any season.

Excellent location for fishing enthusiasts.

Free parking and children's playground nearby.

The property is only a 20-minute drive from the departure of the Aosta/Pila gondola and 30 minutes from the ski resorts of Crevacol (downhill, ski mountaineering, snowshoeing), Bionaz and Flassin (cross-country skiing, ski mountaineering, ciapsole).

A few minutes' drive away is the Buthier stream and the large reservoir of Place Moulin excellent places for walking and fishing.
