The Clos de Lapas cottage is located 3 km from the town center of Annonay, the historic site of the first flight of a hot air balloon.
This superb gîte (single-storey) ultra-comfortable has been laid out in an outbuilding of our bastide dating from 1640 and has a very preserved and green environment.
The courtyard in front of the house will delight you with its quality of realization and the beauty of its olive tree.
A wellness area with Jacuzzi and sauna is available.
Large and beautiful living room with fully equipped kitchen corner, lounge area, 60m2.
Master bedroom: 1 bed 160x200, private shower room (hairdryer) and flat screen TV, 15.8 m2.
Room on the park side: 2 beds 90x200 twin beds + 1 bed 80x150 (child - 8 years), 17,80 m2.
Bedroom side courtyard: 1 bed 160x200 (separable in 2 beds 80), 12,5m2.

Très agréable séjour

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine au gîte du Clos de Lapras ! Idéal pour se reposer au calme dans une propriété très bien équipée et joliment décorée, l’immense jardin clôturé est parfait pour laisser libre cours à l’imagination des enfants en toute sécurité. Relation avec les propriétaires très fluide, délicates attentions à notre arrivée, réservez sans hésiter !

Super erholsamer Urlaub. Alles tip top!

Wir hatten zwei wunderbare Wochen im Clos des Lapras mit der Familie. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und qualitativ hochwertig eingerichtet und eignet sich dank ihrer umfassenden Ausstattung (es ist wirklich alles vorhanden) sowohl für einen Kurzaufenthalt wie auch einen mehrwöchigen Ortswechsel. Die große Wohnung und das weitläufige Gelände ermöglichen dank vieler Rückzugsmöglichkeiten auch mit mehreren Kindern einen Entspannungsurlaub in sehr gepflegtem, baulich wie gartenarchitektonisch anspruchsvollen Ambiente. Das Anwesen fügt sich gestalterisch in die ruhige, dörfliche Landschaft im Norden des Département Ardèche, fernab vom großstädtischen Treiben. Géraldine, unsere Gastgeberin, hat uns herzlich in Empfang genommen, stand für Fragen jederzeit zur Verfügung und konnte sogar deutsch. Wir können uns gut vorstellen, wiederzukommen, gerne auch ohne Kinder und dank des Wellnessbereichs auch zu kälteren Jahreszeiten.

Parfait !

Très bon séjour en Ardèche, nous avons tous appréciés le confort du gîte, il ne manquait rien ! Le coin spa était un gros plus pour finir la journée en détente après les excursions ! Les propriétaires sont disponibles et très discrets, rien a dire !
