Our brand new and exclusive apartment is located directly in the ski and hiking area of ​​the Zillertal Arena at an altitude of 1150 m. It can accommodate up to 8 people.

The snow-covered valley run of the Zillertal Arena leads past our newly built house. The ski bus stop is just 50 meters from the property. The middle station of the ski area is just 1 km from the property.

In addition to a spacious living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchenette and a comfortable sofa that converts into a sleeping accommodation for 2, the apartment has 2 bedrooms with a double bed and a single bed each.

There is also a spacious bathroom with large walk-in shower and toilet, a bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet.

The surrounding balcony offers a breathtaking view over the Zillertal and the surrounding mountain scenery.

Zillertal Holiday in the Mountains

We had an amazing stay in the mountains. The apartment is absolutely spotless. The photos can’t illustrate how lovely the apartment is. Katarina is lovely and is an excellent host and was really helpful and knowledgable. Fantastic view and luxurious accommodation. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending it and we hope to be back again!!

Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr großzügig und so sauber, dass wir kurz dachten, wir seien die ersten Gäste.Der Skibus fährt 30 m vor der Haustür und bringt einen in knappen 10 Minuten zur Mittelstation. Wer die Ruhe sucht, ist hier perfekt aufgehoben! Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und gut erreichbar.

Familienskiurlaub Januar

Wir haben mit unseren 3 Kindern (10-14) einen tollen Urlaub hier verbracht. Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten und perfekt für eine Familie mit 5-6 Personen. Der Blick ins Tal ist toll tagsüber wie im Dunkeln. Die Ausstattung insbesondere der Küche war hervorragend.Die Talabfahrt, an der die Wohnung liegt ist für gute Skifahrer kein Problem. Bei kleineren Kindern oder Ungeübte sollten lieber den Bus zur Mittelstation nehmen. Die Betreuung Ort war super, alle Fragen wurden sofort geklärt. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen!

Unser Urlaub war ein Traum! Katharina unsere Vermieterin ist super nett, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie hat uns jeden Morgen eine Nachricht zukommen lassen, was aktuell in der Region los ist, das war für die Tagesplanung sehr hilfreich. Es gibt an der Wohnung nichts auszusetzen. Sie wird auf den Bildern so dargestellt, wie sie auch in Wirklichkeit ist. Es fehlt nichts. Sauber ordentlich und viel Platz. Die Aussicht ist der absolute Wahnsinn. Es lohnt sich wirklich diese Wohnung zu buchen!!!

Traumhafte Unterkunft mit sehr netter Gastgeberin

Die Wohnung ist urig-modern und hochwertig eingerichtet und verfügt über alles, was es für einen guten Aufenthalt braucht. Einrichtung und Ausstattung sind auf acht erwachsene Personen ausgerichtet. Das Haus liegt direkt an der Talabfahrt, auf der geübte Skifahrer direkt am frühen Morgen auf die Piste können. Tagsüber kann man mit dem am Haus haltenden Skibus ins Tal fahren, abends ist man auf ein Taxi oder Auto angewiesen. Katharina ist eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin, die jederzeit erreichbar war. Zu empfehlen ist außerdem der Brötchenservice, bei dem man jeden Tag frische Brötchen nach Wahl bestellen kann.

Tolle Ferienwohnung!

Eine wunderschöne und sehr großzügig geschnittene Ferienwohnung, die kaum einen Wunsch offen lässt! Alles ist sehr wertig, geschmackvoll und durchdacht gemacht. Ein großer Pluspunkt sind die beiden Bäder sowie die separate Toilette. Die Vermieterin Frau Luxner ist sehr nett und steht mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Wir waren schon in vielen Ferienwohnungen mit unseren Kindern - und diese hat uns wirklich sehr gut gefallen.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von unserer Gastgeberin empfangen. Sie war schon vor unserer Anreise für uns da, was sehr lobenswert ist. Die Lage der Wohnung befindet sich hoch auf dem Berg mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht und sehr ruhig gelegen. Zum entspannen genau das richtige. Die Wohnung war super sauber, wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Sie ist sehr schön eingerichtet, es fehlte an nichts. Es ist alles vorhanden was man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt. Auch eine Garage stand uns zur Verfügung. Auf Wunsch gibt es jeden Morgen frische Brötchen vom Bäcker, ein toller Service den wir gerne angenommen haben. Von der Wohnung aus gibt es mehrere Wanderwege, also Schuhe an und loswandern oder man fährt zu den nächst gelegenen Liften im Zillertal. Feines Haus und herzliche Gastgeber

Das Haus ist sehr neu, die Wohnung geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Für geübte Skifahrer ist die Lage optimal, da die Talabfahrt keine 100m vom Haus entfernt ist, wobei das "geübt" ernst zu nehmen ist, denn es handelt sich um eine schwarze Piste. Für weniger Geübte fährt aber auch der Skibus oberhalb des Hauses ab. Vom Essplatz schaut man ins Zillertal und auf eine Gondelbahn, so dass man eine schöne Einstimmung auf den Tag hat. Die Vermieterin ist sehr herzlich, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Bei passender Gelegenheit werden wir gerne wiederkommen.

Super Tolle Wohnung und sympathische Vermieterin!

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen (2 Pärchen) und einem Kleinkind (1,5 Jahre) für eine Woche im Skiurlaub in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und bestens ausgestattet. Geübte Skifahrer können direkt von der Wohnung auf die schwarze Piste. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und verabschiedet. Rundum also alles super :-) Also nur empfehlenswert und immer wieder gerne.

Ein Traum

Lage, Ausstattung und Umgang sind einfach einzigartig. Wir haben eine Woche, in diesem wunderschön gestalteten Haus direkt an der Skipiste, wohnen dürfen und haben uns jeden Tag über den Ausblick und die direkte Anbindung unglaublich gefreut. Ein warmer und freundlicher Empfang, sogar mit selbstgebackenem Kuchen der Besitzer, haben den Urlaub wirklich einmalig gemacht - so macht Urlaub Spaß. Sehr gerne, sehr bald wieder!

Toller Urlaub direkt an der Piste:)

Wir (7 Personen/ 22 -31 Jahre) durften im Januar bei Fam. Luxner residieren. Das Chalet ist so neu, dass man es noch nichtmal bei GoogleMaps findet und das bemerkt man auch;) Es ist modern eingerichtet und es fehlte uns an nichts. Auf der Couch im Wohnzimmer können problemlos zwei Personen übernachten. Die Nähe zur schwarzen Piste ist überragend. Nach wenigen Schritten kann man schon das Snowboard anschnallen. Die Vermieter wohnen mit im Haus, sind sehr zuvorkommend und stehen bei Problemen mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung:) Vielleicht entscheiden sie sich ja irgendwann noch eine Sauna anzubauen;-) Wir kommen gerne wieder und können es nur weiterempfehlen.

Moderne Komfortferienwohnung in traumhafter Lage

Die Ferienwohnung ist modern, komfortabel und sehr geschmackvoll ausgestattet und bietet gemütlichen, typisch österreichischen Flair Es war alles zur vollsten Zufriedenheit, sehr sauber und ansprechend. Großen Dank an unsere Gastgeber/Vermieter, die jederzeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit waren. Wir haben uns gleich Zuhause gefühlt. Der Blick über das Bergpanorama ist bezaubernd und traumhaft schön. Skibus hält ein paar Meter vom Haus entfernt. Wir konnten sogar die Skiabfahrt bis zum Haus nutzen. Im Winter Schneeketten empfehlenswert. Ein ruhiger erholsamer Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Herzlichen Dank für Alles.
