Super Familien/Freunde Wochenende

Alles da, was man braucht und die Kinder konnten sich auf dem großen Grundstück frei bewegen. Man sollte nur beachten, dass es sich bei dem fünften Schlafzimmer um das Wohnzimmer handelt.

Gelungenes Familientreffen

Ein tolles großes Bauernhaus in schöner idyllischer Umgebung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es gibt 2 Grills draußen im Garten, wunderbar auch der Essplatz gleich daneben. Es war alles da was man braucht. Einzige Verbesserung wäre die Anschaffung eines kleinen Elektrischen Backofens, da der Gasbackofen sehr schwer zu handhaben ist. Und die Brezen, die wir aufbacken wollten, oben fast verbrannt und unten noch roh und angeklebt waren. Aber wie gesagt, das war die einzige kleine Beanstandung. Ansonsten war alles zu unserer aller Zufriedenheit und wir würden wieder kommen. Auch die Kommunikation mit Herrn Ziegler war sehr nett und freundlich. Haben auch die Hausbesitzerin kennen gelernt, eine sehr liebe, nette Frau . Rundum ein gelungenes Wochenende.

In der vergangenheit toll gemacht und gedacht sehr einfach mit Stil

Leider entsprach der Zustand des Hauses nicht dem der Bilder. Der Grund hierfür die Sauberkeit in den Zimmern und den Badezimmern ließ sehr zu Wünschen übrig. Auch ist der Anstrich in den Zimmern und die Dichttigkeit der Duschen usw. mangelhaft. Die Ausstattung mit Geschirr und Gläsern und Töpfen ist ausreichend und in einem aktzeptablen Zustand. Das ganze drum herum eher nicht. Der Sonnenschirtmständer hatte eine lose Schraube im Sonnenschirmständer und der Stand desselben sehr wackelig. Der Sonnenschirm selbst desolat u. a. ein Arm gebrochen. Der Service durch den Hausbetreuer hat sich um unsere Reklamation der Aussenbestuhlung auf der Terasse gekümmert und in einen nutzbaren Zustand gebracht. Alles in allem halten die Bilder nicht das in der Plattform gezeigt nicht. Schlechte Pflege und wenig Interesse den einfachen Standart zu halten. das nimmt dem Haus den eigentlich suggerierten Charme. Die Gegend selbst, super in wenigen Kilometer Entfernung für alle Bedürfnisse tolle Angebote. Diese waren in einer tollen Infomappe aufgezeigt.

Alles in allem ganz OK

Wir waren eine Gruppe mit 10 Personen. Dachten es sind 5 Schlafzimmer. Dies ist nicht genau beschrieben. Es gab 4 Schlafzimmer. Anfangs war in einem Portal von 5 Schlafzimmern die Rede. Im Vier-Bett-Zimmer war das Doppelbett etwas schmal für 2 Personen. In einem Drei-Bett-Zimmer war ein Ausziehbett. Das ist auch sehr klein für 2 Personen. Ansonsten waren die Räumlichkeiten ok. Der Aufenthaltsraum ist durch die grünen Wände sehr dunkel. Entweder sollte man weiß streichen oder helleres Licht installieren. Leider war unser Wochenende sehr verregnet. Deshalb konnten wir nicht in den Garten sitzen. Hinterm Haus hätte man sehr schön sitzen und grillen können. Trotzdem hatten wir sehr viel Spaß und ein schönes Wochenende.

Erholsames Wochenende

Für unser alljährliches Pfingsttreffen mit der Familie haben wir uns in diesem Jahr für das schöne Bauernhaus entschieden. Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön, die unmittelbare Gegend ist schön ruhig und ländlich, so dass wir genug Zeit zum relaxen und auch viel Spaß im Garten beim Grillen hatten. Auch Ausflüge zum Beispiel Kloster Weltenburg standen auf dem Programm, uns ist nicht langweilig geworden und hatten alles was wir brauchten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer war sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und auch zuvorkommend. Wir können es nur empfehlen und würden immer wieder kommen. Vielen Dank für Alles!

Alles wunderbar

Der Aufenthalt war super. Check-in war mehr als einfach. Alle Fragen im Voraus wurden beantwortet. :) Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und kommen gerne wieder. Die Jugendlichen hatten Platz zum Spielen, austoben und haben das ländliche sehr genossen. :)

Nettes Bauernhaus für größere Gruppen

Wir haben in einer Gruppe ein schönes Wochenende in dem Bauernhaus am Sallingbach verbracht. Die Zimmer und Bäder waren sehr sauber. Es gibt ein großes Esszimmer und ein weiteres Zimmer mit einer großen Couch, so dass man bei schlechtem Wetter genügend Platz hat. Die nahe Autobahn hat uns nicht gestört.

Urlaub für die Großfamilie mitten in den Hopfenfeldern

Wir verbrachten Anfang September zu zehnt eine Woche in Sallingberg und haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Ideal war der große Essraum, in dem wir gemütlich alle Platz hatten und das zusätzliche Wohnzimmer. Positiv fanden wir auch die Sitzmöglichkeit auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf Wiese und Wald, wenn auch die Bänke - vermutlich durch häufiges Hin- und Herschieben - schon etwas wackelig waren. Das Haus war sehr schön sauber und umfassend ausgestattet. Gerätschaften, die manche Vormieter als fehlend angegeben hatten, sind inzwischen besorgt worden. Ausflugsmöglichkeiten Richtung Abensberg, Altmühl und Donau ließen keine Langeweile aufkommen. Wir können das Quartier nur empfehlen.

Eine richtig tolle Woche

Unsere Familie, bestehend aus drei Generationen, hat eine tolle Woche in dem praktisch und gemütlich eingerichteten Bauernhaus verbracht. Die Einrichtung ist stimmig und bietet viele Möglichkeiten zum Spielen, Lagerfeuer machen, Grillen, Kochen, sich-mal-aus-dem-Weg-gehen, Lesen und und und… WLAN funktionierte super und auch der Fernseher bot mal Entspannung. Die Lage des Hauses war ruhig und idyllisch, es gibt viele Ausflugsziele in der Nähe, doch auch Wälder und Felder bieten fußläufig schöne Spazierwege. Die Vermieter haben wir auch kennengelernt - wahnsinnig herzliche Menschen! Alles in allem ist das Bauernhaus am Sallingbach sehr empfehlenswert!

Schönes Ferienhaus

Wir fanden es sehr schön. Der Ort ist abgelegen und Ruhig. Ein großer Garten hinterm Haus, wo man schön sitzen kann. Die Zimmer sind sauber und sind schick eingerichtet. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.
