Modern and cozy 3-room apartment in the heart of Middle Franconia

Our apartment is centrally located to the cities of Ansbach and Nuremberg and the Franconian Lake District. It is an ideal starting point for your sporting and / or relaxing family holiday. The PLAYMOBIL fun park and the PALM BEACH adventure pool in Stein can be reached within a few minutes by car. Alpaca trekking tours, pony rides and summer tobogganing are other attractions that particularly captivate the little ones. The golf range Nuremberg and one of the most modern tennis courts in Bavaria can be found on site or in the districts.

But also weekend home and business travelers, z. B. on the occasion of the Nuremberg fairs can relax after a hard day at work.

All rooms are modern and comfortably furnished and well equipped. Of course, the kitchen also has a dishwasher, a microwave and a freezer. In the spacious and bright bathroom with shower and bathtub is also a double vanity with a base and a large mirror cabinet installed. The apartment has a balcony. Garden use with barbecue is also possible.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Rohr. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es gibt Nachtlichter, eine gute Ausstattung in der Küche, eine Kaffeepadmaschine und einen Föhn. Mückenschutzgitter sind vor den Fenstern und genauso Rolläden. Wir können die Wohnung für einen Aufenthalt in Franken weiterempfehlen.

Kurzurlaub Rohr

Wir (2 Erwachsene 2 Kinder im Alter von 4 und 7) hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt für 4 Nächte in dieser Unterkunft in Rohr. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und in der FeWo fehlt es an nichts. Diese ist wertig eingerichtet und lässt einen ab der ersten Sekunde wohlfühlen. Auch kleine Geschenke und erste Getränke mit einem liebevollen Text standen bereit. Wer mit Baby oder Kleinkind (bis 3 Jahre) anreist, sollte hinsichtlich schlafen, essen und Toilette nochmal mit den Vermietern in Kontakt treten und möglicherweise die wichtigsten Dinge selbst im Gepäck haben (Töpfchen, Hocker, etc.), da die FeWo dies aktuell nicht im Standard enthalten hat. In Rohr selbst ist es sehr ruhig und dörflich, was für uns perfekt war, da wir täglich zu neuen Reisezielen unterwegs waren und man hier sehr gut vom aufregenden Tag erholen konnte. Die Anreise mit dem eigenen PKW ist hierbei jedoch unerlässlich und ein Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück ist vorhanden. Der Playmobil Fun Park (15min) ist sehr gut erreichbar. Zum Tierpark in Nürnberg sollte man dann etwas mehr Zeit für die Fahrt einplanen (45min). Ansonsten gibt es einige weitere kleine Orte, Spielplätze und - bei schlechtem Wetter - Bademöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Rundum ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, welchen wir nur weiterempfehlen können.

Messe Besuch Brau Beviale

Trotz Außenlage sehr gute und schnelle Anbindung zum Erreichen des Messegeländes. Alles neu und blitzsauber. Frau Hemmerlein hat uns sogar noch extra für eine weitere Kollegin eine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit geschaffen, obwohl wir diese dann gar nicht benötigten. Für unseren großen Wagen war ein guter Parkplatz auf dem Gelände vorhanden. Alles in allem ein Top Aufenthalt zum wirklich fairen Preis trotz Messe. Vielen Dank

Sehr schöne gepflegte Wohnung. Nürnberg ist nicht weit. Waren leider nur kurz da. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Ein Bauernhof direkt um die Ecke bietet sogar frische Lebensmittel direkt vom Erzeuger.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung

Wir haben ein paar wundervolle Tage verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön gestaltet, super sauber und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Gastgeberin hat alles bestens vorbereitet inkl. Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind in der Wohnung und es war alles perfekt. Schon der Empfang durch Frau Hemmerlein war total nett, wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Sehr schöne Whg zum Wohlfühlen

Frau Hemmerlein ist eine sehr nette und aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Die Kommunikstion war top und auch die Wohnungsübergabe lief super (wenn die Familie mal nicht da ist.) Die Wohnung ist schön geschnitten und sehr sauber - wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. In der direkten Umgebung gibt es einen 24/7 Automaten mit Lebensmitteln direkt vom Erzeuger. Tagesausflüge in der Gegend lohnen sich in den Playmobilpark, Tiergarten Nürnberh und Fürthermare. Wir kommen gerne wieder! 😉

Top-Ferienwohnung

Wir waren nur vier Tage dort. Aber wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sehr sauber und es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und als Willkommensgruß standen sogar auf dem Tisch Getränke und Gummibärchen. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.
