The property enjoys an excellent location by the sea in the little tourist village Kalebova Luka, which belongs to the Rogoznica municipality.

Every morning a big van comes past with bread, milk, newspapers etc. Transfers from Trogir airport 35km away can be arranged.

It is only 15 metres to the crystal clear sea and the stony beach with concrete areas. There is a little pebbled beach just 90 metrs away that is also suitable for children. The big pebbled beach is 500 metres away. In Razanj 2km away you can find many restaurants with fresh seafood specialities, as well as shops. The town Rogoznica is 6km away and offers a wider range of gastronomy and recreation. Within an hour’s drive you can get to the two national parks Kornati and Krka.

The 15m² sheltered terrace with garden furniture is ideal for relaxing with a view of the sea.

This apartment with a separate entrance is on the first floor and can accommodate up to four people. The bedroom has a big double bed, a wardrobe and a flatscreen TV with a satellite receiver. The bathroom consists of a shower, washbasin and toilet. The open living and dining room with a kitchen provides a sofa bed for two children and a dining table with four chairs. The kitchen unit is equipped with a two-ring hob, a fridge-freezer, a microwave and a coffee machine.
