This modern and bright vacation home is located in a small village in the hinterland of Rogoznica. From the outside, the house reflects the traditions of Dalmatian architecture, while the interiors are modern, luxurious and very well equipped.

With one bedroom on the first floor, another three upstairs, as well as ample space for children's activities, Marietta Villa is perfect for a single family retreat, and also a joint vacation for multiple families.

The Villa boasts a view-protected outdoor pool that incorporates a 4 person jacuzzi.
You will also be able to enjoy a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and, within 4 miles you will find the nearest restaurant, grocery store, as well as other quality restaurants nearby.

Wir hatten eine absolut wundervolle Zeit! Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, modern und toll ausgestattet. Der Garten ist herrlich angelegt und bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer. Der Pool mit Gegenstromanlage und die beschattete Terrasse mit Grill und Kühlschrank sind genial. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen und empfehlen es definitiv weiter!

Ein absoluter Traum

Das Haus ist wunderschön und der Ausblick atemberaubend. Das Haus liegt fast in Alleinlage somit hat man vollkommene Ruhe und keiner fühlt sich gestört von Kinderlachen, -Geschrei etc. Die Gastgeber sind extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Man fühlt sich absolut willkommen. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen und dann gerne länger. Einfach alles in allem ein Traum!
