The house offers six rental units: two large apartments, two small apartments, a studio and a guest room. The outdoor area includes a garden with a lawn, shaded areas, terrace, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor shower, grill as well as a fruit and vegetable garden. Bicycles are available, a boat can be used upon request. Pets are allowed by arrangement.
