Luxurious Provencal Bastide of 320 m2 near Aix en Provence in the municipality of Rognes.
Adorned with all the charm of Provence and facilities of great comfort, this beautiful Bastide on a property of 4200 m2 is the ideal place for family holidays or with friends. Calm, tranquility and privacy assured.
Four rooms en suite, vast garden without opposite, very big heated swimming pool of 12x6 meters, ground of petanque. Can accommodate 8 people.
It is a little outside the village of Rognes, in an ultra-residential area, is located this very charming bastide of 300 m2 surrounded by 4000 m2 of wooded land. Everything here has been designed for the relaxation and comfort of everyone. Two covered terraces with exposed beams allow you to enjoy the garden at any time of the day. One is equipped with a table for meals and an outdoor kitchen with plancha, the second is arranged as a lounge with its bar and a table for breakfast or your meals. The 12x6m heated swimming pool (without chlorine, salt treatment) is equipped with deckchairs and parasols, with the possibility of swimming against the current, is a permanent invitation to swim. The interior is sober and contemporary, emphasizing polished concrete and warm colors. Ground floor: Large living room with lounge and dining room. Upscale equipped kitchen (Gaggenau) overlooking the sheltered bar terrace. Air-conditioned master bedroom with queen size bed and en-suite bathroom. Floor: Three double rooms (two beds 140 and 160) with each en suite shower room. The house is equipped with a refreshing floor guaranteeing a good freshness in summer. Linens and towels are provided. The beds are ready just before your arrival. You will find toiletries in the bathrooms for the first days of your stay. The cleaning of the house is included, it is up to the tenants to return the kitchen, the plancha and the bar in the state of cleanliness of arrival.
