Maria the host was great !! The accommodations was above and beyond. My wife and I stayed the weekend at the splash pad and LOVED IT !! We plan on being back and bringing the family. The weather was rainy and stormy, but that didn’t keep us from enjoying the stay. It’s in a great central location to be able to get to lots of entertainment in any direction. The house was very clean and we felt like we were at home away from home. Highly recommended stay and the host Maria was TOP NOTCH ! Cheers !

The beautiful setting sets the whole stay - hosts provide so much from the kayaks to firewood for the fire pit and even a starter kit for the kitchen/bathrooms.

Great spot for boating at Beaver Lake

We had a great time. Two families (each with 2 college aged kids). Total of 8. Double master bedrooms were great. Kids had plenty of room downstairs. Easy access down the steps to the water. Firepit is terrific.

Fun at the lake.

Our framily stayed here and had a terrific time. We had a boat charter and the littles were all smiles. They enjoyed fishing off the dock, kayaking and paddle boarding. Maria was always available to answer questions and help problem solve. Highly recommend.

Family vacation on Beaver Lake

This is a wonderful house with a great lake view and easy access to Beaver Lake. Our group consisted of 8 adults and 1 toddler. The size of the house was perfect. The house includes a dock and lots of water gear including kayaks, life jackets, and fishing poles. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped with plenty of cookware and a variety of utensils. There is also an excellent gas grill on the back deck. The fire pit was a big hit and is a really nice touchThe house was immaculate and everything was in good repair. There were plenty of bed and bath linens and the house's laundry facilities were top notch.We had a great stay, the house is wonderful and Maria is great to work with. A great stay!

Weekend stay for a college graduation

Joined our family for our son’s graduation from the University of Arkansas. The property was as we expected, had plenty of room for our group and renovated bathrooms that were a plus. The owners were great with some advice on places to eat and it was a great trip.

The 3 “main” bedrooms were set up perfectly for my family. Parents and 4 kids in the basement. Parents and baby upstairs. Me and the wife in the master. Beautiful view and a great location.

Perfect for a large group

We had a group of 13 and this rental was perfectly accommodating. It never felt crowded. There was plenty of room to spread out and plenty to do. The kitchen was fully equipped for us to cook big meals and the hot tub was nice a hot.

Scenic and peaceful!

The property was beautiful and the kitchen was stocked with utensils (my favorite for a VRBO listing as I cook a lot on vacation). Hot tub was hot and clean, rooms felt new. We have an 8 and 10 year old and they had a blast.

Family Weekend

We had a fun family weekend at Splash Landing! Clean, lots of space for everyone, nicely stocked kitchen, and beautiful outdoor space. We appreciated the supply of firewood and loved our time spent by the fire pit. Exploring the cove in the kayaks and relaxing in the hot tub were memorable activities. Great location. Quiet neighborhood. Kind, communicative host. Definitely recommend and would stay again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Family Trip

This is a great property. The amenities are excellent, it has appropriate space for all guests, it is thoughtfully stocked, it is clean, and was a perfect place for our family trip. The hosts provided all information in a timely manner and were patient and helpful with any question we had. I would highly recommend staying here!

Splash Landing

Loved the view of the lake out back. Loved the big dining table, great for playing games and of course dining. Upon arrival we were greeted with a lighted Christmas tree and a nicely decorated home. We had an issue with the heat but immediate response from host resolved the issue within a couple of hours. Would definitely recommend this home for families!

Retreat

Our group planned a retreat at this house. We had a lovely time. Our only complaint was the cleaning services need to be addressed. There were ping pong balls and trash under one bed. Another needed to be cleaned better. The property managers were easy to work with and very agreeable. A door needed servicing and the handy man showed up and fixed it. Overall we would recommend this property and would love to stay there again
