Escape to War Eagle Lake House, a private 50-acre lakefront retreat in the Ozarks. Wake up to panoramic water views, sip coffee on multi-level decks, and walk your own private trail to the lake for swimming, kayaking, and fishing.



Designed for families and groups of up to 12, this secluded getaway offers the perfect balance of privacy, nature, and comfort—just a short drive from Eureka Springs and Northwest Arkansas.

Entering the house, You will find a beautiful Great Room with a vaulted ceiling. Dual French doors lead to an enormous outdoor deck with panoramic views of the lake. The house includes: full kitchen, dining area, and large living area with plush leather couches. The first floor also includes two private bedrooms with queen beds, one is a guest bedroom, and the other is the Primary Suite with an en-suite full bathroom. A second full bathroom is located in the first floor hallway.



A large staircase leads to the second floor where you will find a large sleeping loft furnished with three queen beds and a half bath. A bonus sleeping room is located at the back of the loft containing 2 twin beds (the ceiling is low in this room - although, it's perfect for kids and has it's own AC unit).



Maximum of 12 guests.

The price is for up to 6 guests. After the 6th guest it is and additional $25 per person, per night.



Pets are allowed with the following rules:

-Pets are not allowed on the furniture, nor in the beds

-They must be on veterinarian prescribed flea and tick medicine

-Two dogs maximum allowed per rental

-Dogs must be crated when left unattended

-The pet fee is $50 per pet, per stay

-All bathroom breaks must be cleaned up by the owner

Guest Access:

There are very few houses available to the public that have this much privacy, this much lake frontage. This will become your favorite vacation spot year after year!



This estate is an exquisite property with comfortable furnishings.



This home offers 24 hour security with a camera at the front door.



The Neighborhood:

NOTE - This house is at the end of a 2.5 mile gravel road. This may be a concern if you are on a motorcycle or in a low riding sports car.



This luxurious 50 ac. Estate is nestled next to Beaver Lake with extensive water frontage and surrounded by beautiful, gently sloping property. You and your guests will thoroughly enjoy all that this unique estate has to offer.



Getting Around:

The lake access is at the end of a short trail. The lot slopes gently into the water, providing an excellent place to swim or fish. There is a gravel boat ramp at the end of Cobble Lane (1.5 miles from the house). It is a public area with plenty of room to turn around. There is also a concrete ramp 7 miles from the house. This house is 30 minutes from grocery stores and shopping.



Other Things to Note:

Neither floor space, nor furniture may be used as additional sleeping areas. Exceeding the number of guests stated on the reservation or allowing the entry of an unauthorized pet into the property will be quickly addressed and require immediate compliance with the Rental Agreement. Note, we are able to monitor the number of guests and pets at the entry point of the property. (None of our properties have internal surveillance video). Exceeding the number of guests stated on your reservation or bringing an unauthorized pet will be cause for cancellation of your reservation and cessation of your stay without refund as outlined in the Rental Agreement.



Interaction with Guests:

This home is a self check in home. You will receive the instructions three days prior to your arrival.

We are available by phone or messaging during your stay. We will reply to messaging from 6 am to 8pm but we are available for emergencies 24 hours a day.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a desk.
