There are two full bathrooms in the apartment. The first bathroom is located in the hallway directly across from the second bedroom, and includes a shower/tub combo. The second bathroom is attached to master bedroom with the king-size bed. Both bathrooms include towels, a hairdryer, and essential toiletries (body wash, shampoo, conditioner).

There was no expense spared in designing this brand new, custom kitchen. You will find everything you need to bake, cook, and create meals till your heart's content. Top-of-the-line Cafe appliances are featured in the entire kitchen, including a stove top, dishwasher, microwave/oven/toaster in one, and refrigerator. The apartment is centrally located to many attractions in Rogers, Arkansas. It is walkable to most everything in downtown Rogers.

Other Things to Note:
Please remember this is a home, not a hotel. We ask that you treat the space with care. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site and support isn't available 24-hours a day.

Interaction with Guests:

Additional Rules:
We’re committed to being great neighbors, and we strictly enforce these rules to ensure the comfort and safety of our community.

- NO Parties or Gatherings: Absolutely no parties or gatherings. Sojora uses a noise monitoring device that detects noise levels inside the unit to detect parties. Sojora has a zero-tolerance policy, and if a party has been detected, your reservation will be terminated without a refund and you will be charged a fee of $500.

- NO Smoking: Smoking of any kind (including tobacco, marijuana, e-cigarettes, vape pens, and hookahs) is never allowed at this property. This applies to the entire house, including the balcony or patio, as well as all outdoor areas of the house. Sojora properties may be monitored with marijuana and tobacco sensors. Smoking of any kind will result in a $500 fee.

- NO Pets: If an unauthorized pet is detected, the guest will be charged a $500 fee, and the reservation will be canceled.
