The spacious property was completely fenced in 2018 and equipped with paved parking spaces. The sunny garden and the terrace areas open to the southwest and offer you and your family in the summer additional, protected outdoor living space. The holiday home has two floors, which offer enough space - holidays in the countryside in harmony with nature. All rooms in a stylish ambience are spacious and light-flooded.

Es ist eine sehr schöne und ruhige Lage. Leider hat schon deutlich der Zahn der Zeit am Inventar genagt. Auf den Bildern sieht es moderner aus.

Von FeWo direkt im Stich gelassen

Wir haben gelernt, dass FeWo direkt zwar eine Service Hotline anbietet, man als Gast bei Problemen aber völlig allein gelassen wird. Man zieht sich einfach zurück, verweist auf den Vermieter und die Gäste müssen sehen, wie sie mit der Situation umgehen. Keine Lösungsangebote, keine Kulanzregelung - einfach nix. Für uns steht fest: Nie wieder FeWo direkt.

Positiv überrascht

Die Wohnung ist im Großen und Ganzen super. Super Bad, schöne Betten...(die Couch ist eher mittelmäßig gemütlich). Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr übersichtlich und durchaus ausbaufähig. Wir waren aber sehr zufrieden und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Kein schoener Urlaub.

Die Wohnung war nicht so wie Online gezeigt,war nicht sauber, Kueche nicht gut ausgestatted es fehlten Geschirr, Glaesser usw. Tuerklinge an einer Tuer war sehr locker was eine gefahr fuer die Kinder war.Badewanne (plastic)war am rand gebrochen-Verletzungsgefahr.Im Sandkasten fanden wir Hundekot und lange Schrauben.Den Grill im Garden benutzten wir einmal und dann ist er entfernt worden. Die Sitzgelegenheit im Garten konnten wir nicht mehr benutzen als andere Leute in der unteren Wohnung kamen. Leere Bierflaschen und abgebrande Zigaretten lagen auf dem Tisch und Boden.Der Vermieter war nicht erfreut als wir ihn darauf angesprochen haven.Ich hatte das gefuehl das er uns veraepplet hat.He is a very unpleasant person and not approachable. Wir haven photos gemacht die ich Ihnen sehr gerne schicken kann.Wir haben nicht gewusst das, das Haus auch fuer Party's genutzt wird. Die Fahrraeder der Kinder waren mit einer Kette an einen Baum befestigt zur Sicherheit, als wir an diesen Partyabend zur Wohnung zurueck kamen,war die Kette aufgemacht worden und die Raeder lagen im Garten herum. Die Leute in der unteren Wohnung sagten die Kinder von der Party benutzten sie.Habe den Vermieter darauf angesprochen da er auch auf der Party war.Er hat uns nur ausgelacht und mit den Schultern gezuckt.Und da fragen Sie uns ob wir einen guten Aufenthalt hatten. Wir haben in der Wohnung nichts zerbrochen und moechten die Kaution zurueck.

Super schöne Fewo nahe Coburg

Also erstmal möchten wir vorab sagen, dass wir definitiv wiederkommen würden. Wir haben leider ein Geschirrspüler vermisst, ein bisschen Kochuntensilien und genügend Besteck/Geschirr. Wir haben die Wohnung ja nicht mit 8 Leuten genutzt (wäre aber Laut Inserat möglich, nur müsste man dann in Etappen essen :-).) Das ist aber alles meckern auf sehr hohem Niveau. Es ist ein traumhaftes Gebäude. Die Fewo ist super groß, hell und modern. Gerne wieder. Lage zu Coburg Spitze...nur 15 min zur schönen Altstadt. Alles super

Geen blindering voor het slaapkamerraam + minimale inventaris

Op zich een mooi en bijzonder gebouw in een mooi gebied in Duitsland. De inventaris van de woning was erg minimaal (in de keuken o.a. geen garde, kaasschaaf, ovenhandschoenen, afdruiprek, maatbeker, ovenschaal of andere oven benodigdheden), geen droogrek om handdoeken aan te drogen (na het douchen en/of zwemmen). In 1 slaapkamer was voor het raam geen verduistering aanwezig. Bij navraag bij de eigenaar liet hij weten dat we daar maar een handdoek voor moesten hangen, dit was erg lastig met een schuim raam dat aan de bovenkant scharniert. Hij zou op maandag verduistering bezorgen (we deden de melding op zondag nadat we de eerste nacht zeer slecht geslapen hadden). Daarnaast lekte de douche waardoor er uit de badkamer water de gang in liep en was de bediening van de stop in het bad kapot waardoor we met een mes de stop er uit moesten halen. De 5e slaapplek (in de woonkamer) was geen volwaardige slaapplek waardoor we onze dochter (we hebben 3 kinderen) bij ons op de slaapkamer hebben laten slapen. Voor de blindering voor het raam vroeg de eigenaar aan ons de maten van het raam (wat wij niet konden opmeten omdat wij geen meetlint hadden) door te geven. Over de andere spullen die we misten bij de inventaris zei hij dat dit niet vermeld was op de inventarislijst (deze was helemaal niet voorhanden). Wat betreft het verduisteren van het slaapkamerraam hebben we de hele week met een kleed het raam moeten verduisteren (wat erg lastig te realiseren was). Op dinsdag kregen we via de schoonmaakster (werd voor de deur gelegd samen met meer handdoeken waar we om gevraagd hadden omdat we er mee hadden moeten dweilen vanwege de lekkende douche) een zuignapsysteem met verduistering voor het raam, dit paste in zijn geheel niet waardoor we daar niets aan gehad hebben. De eigenaar heeft op geen enkel moment bij ons nog navraag gedaan of het allemaal gelukt was (verduistering van het raam o.a.). Wij hadden het gevoel dat we aan het kamperen waren en daar hadden we juist niet voor gekozen. Verder hebben we lekker gezwommen in de buurt in de prima verwarmde buitenzwembaden die Duitsland rijk is.

Tolle FeWo mit riesigem Garten und Grillplatz

Sehr schöne Anlage, sauber und gepflegt. Ist bestens für Kinder oder auch Hunde geeignet, da der grosse Garten eingezäunt ist und das Zufahrtstor geschlossen werden kann. Haustiere sind erlaubt. Ganz in der Nähe kann man kleine Wanderungen (blaues Kreuz, blauer Punkt, S1 und S2) und Spaziergänge machen.
