Lovely hotel with sea view

Great food and lovely room, although I did bang my head on the slanted ceiling! The sea view was so lovely, and staff very knowledgeable for gluten free dishes. Lovely GF bread at breakfast too!

This is a beautiful older hotel. Because of the age some of the rooms were very small. The bed was either up against the wall or had a steep slope to the ceiling over one side of the bed. I requested a standard room and was told the all standard rooms had such challenges. I could pay more for a better room. When we checked out I asked and was told then did have other standard rooms that did not have those difficulties but they were not available for 3rd party booking such as Expedia.

This was the worst hotel.com experience I have ever had. Our room (#1) may have at one time been a storage room. My traveling companion thought his pillow “smelled like a hamster cage”. a spider crawled out of my towel when I unfolded it. The room was tiny and the bed was tilted. And the price was the highest I paid in a week of Danish hotels.The only good thing I can say is that the breakfast was decent. Maybe our room was atypical.

Cozy old-fashioned comfort

This was a delightful place, old-fashioned but comfortable, family-oriented. Excellent food in pleasant surroundings, great location near the cliffs. The sort of place people go back to summer after summer for a great week's rest. Don't go expecting either luxury or excitement--just a warm staff and a homey atmosphere.

Supermysigt hotell med bra service och den bästa hotellfrukosten vi varit med om! Välkomnande, till och med skålar och ett ben till hunden! Dock väldigt varmt och instängt på vårt ena rum, det man fick ha hund i. Vårt andra rum, inne i själva hotellet, hade inte samma problem.

Jeg er meget imponeret over dette sted, det ligger så perfekt skøn udsigt ud over vandet havde jeg, værelset var super lækkert , sengen var som jeg fortrækker den god👍 maden var i top. Old charming Badehotel. Badestelle über die Strasse, nicht wie von den Hotelbildern vermutet direkt über die Wiese. Zimmer unterm Dach mit Meerblick - romantisch. Wie erwartet .. alt ehrwürdige Ausstatung, Zimmer klein, praktisch, renoviert. Abendessen für uns Erwachsene lecker, Kindermenü verfügbar, aber Pommes und Fisch sehr dunkel / fast verbrannt. Frühstück sehr individuell gestaltet und fast alles "organic". Wir hatten das Zimmer nicht direkt über das Hotel gebucht und auch keinen Tisch für abends vorab reserviert. Bekamen dann im Frühstücksraum den letzten Tisch am Durchgang. Plätze im Restaurant und Frühstücksraum mit Fenster waren wahrscheinlich schon vergeben. War sehr unterhaltsam - Reise in die Vergangenheit um 1900.

Sött litet hotell med perfekt läge, fantastisk mat och god frukost. Fantastisk badbrygga med utsikten mot klinten. Dock inga badrockar på rummet och rummet vi gick var beläget mot uteserveringen och luktade skumt. Tror att flera andra rum är bättre. Ett stort minus var att bastun inte ingick, 100 dkk per person och dag. Personalen trevliga men oväntat tystlåtna och förstod svenska och engelska dåligt.

Fantastisk, men 5 mennesker omkring et 4 mandsbord er ikke ok! Der var så mange tomme borde i al den tid vi var der og de blev ikke besat. Vi sad der som de sidste. Vi sad så klemt. Det var synd for den skønne rødspætte, at den ikke kunne nydes helt, da man simpelthan sad så dårligt. Man skyndte sig at blive færdig. Vi så et lille dekorationsbord med éen vase på og spurgte om vi ikke kunne få det for bordenden. Det kunne vi ikke. Og der ville stadig være plads til, at alle kunne komme forbi. Jeg er selv tidligere restauratør. Det er under al kritik, ikke at ville "trylle" dér og gøre sine gæster glade. Så havde hotellet fået top karakter. Og som sagt var vi de eneste i den afdeling. Der SKAL trylles der! Det var rigidt!
