Not impressed at all. Exhibits all the traits of a company reducing staff and service to maximize profits. All the staff were grumpy and not particularly friendly, helpful or knowledgeable about an annex we were unknowingly staying at. Pathetic is our summary. Being a tired, wet, cold traveler you choose a hotel to be welcomed, made to feel at home, everything made easy for you, everything explained………. Not this hotel!

Dyrt lille værelse, med lugt af afløb

Vi boede på Kridthuset i Rødvig, hvor prisen for en overnatning var 1485 DKK for et lille værelse med morgenmad på kroen ca. 300 meter nede af vejen. Kridthuset er ubemandet og der er udsigt til Brugsen. Vi boede på værelse 31, tæt ved hovedindgangen. Før ankomsten modtog vi en SMS med koden til døren, hvilket gjorde indtjekningen nem. Desværre blev vi mødt af en ubehagelig lugt i værelset, mindede om en blanding af sommerhus og afløb. Efter at have sat vores ting, gik vi forbi receptionen på selve kroen for at afregne og nævnte der vores bekymring om lugten. Receptionisten foreslog, at jeg kunne få varmt vand til at skylle afløbet igennem med, men da vi havde travlt med at komme til en fest, havde jeg ikke tid til at håndtere dette, hvilket også ligger udenfor gæstens ansvarsområde. Vi kom tilbage sent, men efter få timers søvn begyndte andre gæster at stå op og vi blev vækket af hoveddøren mange gange i mellem 7:00-8:30. Så vi stod op, gik ned på kroen og spiste morgenmad. Alt i alt var vores ophold præget af nogle udfordringer, som kunne have været undgået med bedre vedligeholdelse og service. Jeg håber, at disse områder kan forbedres for fremtidige gæster.

Hotelbeschreibung richtig lesen und Fragen stellen

Ich habe bisher noch nicht erlebt Das Hotelzimmer und Rezeption Anmeldung von einander 500 meter völlig voneinander zwei völlig getrente Gebeuden besteht. Wenn mann zu dem Hotel ankommt stehst du da du kommst nicht ohne schlüssel rein weil Rezeption in andere Gebeude 500m entfernung ist, da soll mannn erst auf die Idee kommen wo bekomme ich jetzt mein Zimmerschlüssel? daher finde ich es sehr seltsam. Es wäre hilfsreich wenn ein Info Blatt an der Hotel Tür angebracht wäre wo mann anrufen kann in Internationale sprache . Deusch oder Englisch verstehen wenige.
