Start your stay with a splash in the sparkling private pool, or relax in the hot tub. Step inside, and enjoy fun-filled afternoons in the first level game room equipped with pool table, accessory ping-pong top, comfy sitting area, and TV/DVD player with surround sound. The entertainment area also has a wet bar with refrigerator and microwave. Nearby, you’ll find a master bedroom with 2 single beds, handicapped friendly roll-in shower and TV/DVD. Also on this floor you will find an indoor/outdoor access half-bath with stack washer/dryer.

For a private retreat, select one of three bright and colorful bedrooms on the second level, all with TV/DVDs: one is a king master, one is a king bedroom with semi-private bathroom, and one is a master bedroom with two bunk beds. You can also unwind in the second level media room with home theater system with surround sound and queen sleeper sofa.

Upstairs, the king of the castle can escape to the king master bedroom with TV/DVD, tile shower, and Jacuzzi tub. We had a great stay on Hatteras Island. The House was perfect. The ice machine in the refrigerator broke. The Management had a technician out to repair within an hour. Not only that, but they brought bags of ice to us every day until the replacement part arrived and was installed. The house was clean and comfortable. We had nothing negative to say and enjoyed our week at the beach. "WE" were 7 adults and 6 children.

Beautiful house - terrible management

House wasn’t ready until 5:30 pm when check in is 4. No one at the office answered my calls. The lawn was unmoved and weeds were growing into the disgusting grills. I called and asked this to be take care of. They said it would be - it never was. There is also a missing wooden rail behind the hot tub creating a safety issue. We were traveling with small children so this was especially concerning.

Amazing house

The house and the housekeeper was amazing! Thankfully she was there cleaning when we arrived as we never received our code to unlock the door and it took a day to get in touch with the realty company. Would had been a terrible first night in the car had we not been able to get in. Do the due diligence ahead of time to make sure you get in. Other than that the home is amazing and loved the beach! First time OBX visitors and will definitely be coming back!

Beautiful views

This was a big home that was very nicely decorated. The views are amazing and it is steps away from the beach. The only problem we ran into was the air conditioner was not working. A great guy came into the house and installed 5 window units for us. The pool was perfect.
