With your own stretch of beach frontage and surrounding empty dunes, you'll feel the history soaking in. But modern times won't be far behind. A swimming pool, hot tub, volleyball net and recreation room await you in this 8-bedroom home. On the first level you'll enjoy an oceanfront deck with the hot tub and access to the pool. Three bedrooms and the large game room with pool table and foosball are on this level. On the second level are 4 bedrooms - 2 masters and 2 that share a bath, and all 4 of the bedrooms open onto the mid-level deck with very nice ocean views. The top-level great room is expansive with cathedral ceilings, a half-bath, a home theater system w/surround sound and big ocean views. Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200/dog/week.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.

*Please note that this property has a pool that can be heated for $600. Pool heaters, when pool heat is purchased, are set to 80 degrees, but pool temperature cannot be guaranteed.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy, or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
