Welcome to the Pier Pleasure II! This newly built waterfront 3 bedroom home on Copano Bay is the perfect place to spend time relaxing whether you are fishing off the private fishing pier or watching the unforgettable sunsets. A lighted fishing pier with green lights and a charcoal grill makes this home the perfect place to catch and cook your next fish.

This home is an open concept with a fully equipped kitchen, an island with seating, a dining table, and a living area which makes it a great place to spend time with family and friends. The living room has a huge TV, perfect to watch your favorite sports team. On one side of the main living area is a primary bedroom with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanity and a large shower. On the other side is a short hall with two bedrooms with queen beds and a bathroom. The living room couch is also a queen sleeper sofa.

The whole thing was very nice and we enjoyed our stay, we did find out that our future trips will probably need to be on a lower elevation. My wife and I , neither of us are in the greatest shape, between her arthritic knees and my being out of shape in our 60’s. The stairs were more of a challenge than we have ever had. The pier was very nice we fished every night and our son came and stayed a couple of days and worked from the house. We caught a lot of trout, but all undersized , but it was fun. We have been a ms kittys customer for past 12 yrs and found that the service fees seem to have gotten to high for our taste. The house is very very very nice!!!!!!

The house was perfect for our needs. We sat on the pier every evening and caught hardheads, gafftop, trout, crabs and a stingray. My kids loved it. The house had everything we needed and is in a good location.

Fishing in February

The accommodations proved to be very clean with a well-appointed kitchen, comfortable seating in the living area, and high chairs to see over the balcony railing. Internet worked quite well for the on-line meeting I attended. During our stay, we enjoyed a brief encounter with some dolphins (sadly, they didn't bode well for the fishing that day) and caught fish toward the end of our stay. While this area is not remote, it is 10-15 minutes away from groceries, restaurants, etc. which did not negatively affect us since we came to fish and relax by the water. We greatly enjoyed this home away from home and will consider returning.
