Welcome to Casa de Flip Flops! Located in the beautiful Sailhouse community, guests here have access to a 650 foot lighted pier, a private bay front beach area, and an amazing community swimming pool. This two story, three bedroom, two and a half bathroom property is filled with seaside decor and plush furnishings. The first floor has two bedrooms, one with a king bed, the other with a queen bed and a twin over twin bunk bed. There is a full bathroom with a combination tub and shower. Upstairs is the main living area. Streaming TV only.

Beautiful place, great fit for our family of 6! Master is upstairs with kitchen, living room & dining, and then downstairs is the two other bedrooms with a full bath. Kitchen had pots & pans, silverware, plates, cups…etc. The only thing missing was no spices for cooking, but overall it was great and we would stay again at this same place!

Everything was great, kitchen had everything we needed. Only thing is that they need to bolt the dressers to wall! Especially in the kids room. Top heavy. Also remove the scented sticks etc. Otherwise clean home in a gem of a community. Appreciated the scent free supplies left by the vacation management company.

Fantastic Rockport stay

Our host's VRBO rental was fantastic, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. We were impressed by the hospitality and keenness to detail from arrival. The house itself was spotless and well-kept but also gracefully adorned, which contributed to the homey and welcoming environment. All the necessities and more were thoughtfully provided by the host, ensuring that we had a relaxed and pleasant stay. We had no problems getting in touch with our host, and the property manager was responsive to our queries and requests right away. Furthermore, they made us feel right at home when we first arrived. The property's ideal location made it convenient for us to check out the nearby sights. Our time here was enjoyable, whether relaxing in the cooling swimming pool or hanging out at the pier and beach in the early afternoon or evening. Though you might notice other vehicles parked in front of garages on other properties, I'd like to point out that we discovered a water main between the house we were at and the house next door. Please keep this in mind and only park in the available spaces. I want to express my gratitude to our host and the property manager for their generosity and for offering such a wonderful place to stay. To anyone searching for a memorable and hassle-free vacation, I heartily suggest this VRBO home. I'm excited for another trip back in the future!
