Stunningly situated right on the rocky shores of beautiful Rockport Harbor, this light-filled, oceanfront home is a coastal retreat like no other. Stroll a matter of blocks to reach the beach and the center of town, and watch gorgeous nightly sunsets over the harbor and historic Motif #1.

This unique home boasts one of the most enviable locations in Rockport, perched at the water's edge with a view of the charming fishing shack known as "the most-often painted building in America." You can walk to just about everything in town, including Front Beach, Bearskin Neck, and great restaurants, shops, and entertainment (all within half a mile). The train station, which connects you to Boston and other areas of the North Shore, is just three-quarters of a mile west.

There's no better spot to take in the setting than the spacious waterfront deck. Sip your first cup of coffee at sunrise, soak up the afternoon sunshine as boats come and go from the harbor, and spend long summer nights sipping wine and playing board games at sunset.

The interior is inviting and comfortable, full of natural wood details and windows that open to the harbor. The open living area brings together an oceanfront sitting room, a living and dining area, and a kitchenette with all of the essentials. The queen bed ensures a good night's sleep before the next day's adventures. A washer/dryer, a gas fireplace, and seasonal air conditioning are provided for your comfort as well.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
This home is not suitable for small children.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
