Caleb's Lane studio apartment is the perfect place to stay in Rockport! It is new, beautifully designed, and located in the perfect spot - tucked away, yet in walking distance to town. It was clean and neat and is as beautiful in person as it is in these photos. Communication with the owner was great prior to and during our stay. We stayed only one night, but this is a place you could stay at for days without feeling confined. It's listed as a studio but it feels like a small apartment. Being over a detached garage, you have the privacy of a home. A perfectionist had to have done the build-out on this unit and the cleanliness could not have been any better. We stay in the Gloucester area several times per year and we would not hesitate to re-book this unit.

My husband and I were looking for a cute, clean, smaller property as it was just the two of us - with walking distance to shops and the ocean. This property checked off all the boxes for us! It was in a very safe and secluded spot that we felt had more than enough privacy. We walked to main street and all the shops for breakfast and dinner. Host was more than accommodating and super nice. We wish we could’ve stayed longer.
