The property was clean. We enjoyed the pool and fishing piers. The dining room table was a round oval with ample chairs for our family. We used the washer and dryer which worked well. The bathrooms were clean. The A/C worked very well. The only downfalls are that there the living room furniture is not sufficient for the number of people staying in the house. We had 5 in total. There is a loveseat, a chair, and a broken mechanical recliner that stayed in the partially up position. We could never get the TV to come on for us. We stayed for 4 nights. There was only two trash bags in the kitchen and bathrooms which was not enough for 5 days/4 nights. We had 2 towels each, thus we were required to wash towels to have clean ones, which was okay. The kitchen had utensils and pots and pans though we could not find a knife sharp enough to cut a tomato or pans good for scrambling eggs. We made more than one trip to the store to buy supplies that we thought would be furnished. We found it funny that every cleaning supply, pots, and pans, etc. had the room number in permanent ink. If you are going to rent the property out, you have to trust the people staying there. Overall, the property and room were nice and clean. We had to make adjustments based on our expectations and reality of the property.

The check in was easy. We didn’t use the kitchen except to make coffee but it was stocked with everything. We enjoyed the pool and tennis court. We had a very relaxing and fun time there.
