A quietly excellent home

Terri & Bart are absolutely amazing hosts with a gorgeous home!!!! They have everything you could possibly need or want and make your stay a true pleasure!! It’s great to sit back, relax and fish with no hustle and bustle. We can’t wait to book our trip for next year!!

Wonderful Stay in Rockport!

Terri's home was beautiful and very comfortable for our weekend stay. Everything was thoughtfully furnished and it felt that we were staying at a friend's home, rather than a rental property. I would highly recommend staying here to others in the future.

Beautiful home, very easy to book. Information sent was very detailed. Lots of space for all 10 of us. 3 bedrooms with King sized beds was a huge plus!!

2024 Family beach vacation

Annual family vacation

Terry and Bart are friendly and welcoming. They stopped to drop off duck food for the little ones. House is furnished with all your needs. They know the city week so don’t be afraid to ask for best restaurants or where to find Fresh jumbo shrimp. Thank you for making our vacation memorable.

Wonderful stay with gracious host

House was perfect, as depicted. Clean, comfortable and very well appointed. Beautiful views from all three levels! Host was very gracious and attentive making sure our stay was enjoyable the entire time. Highly recommend.

Great home

I stay in VRBO homes around 5-6 times a year and this one is my favorite. The house is beautiful, clean, and updated. The owners offer everything you could need. I love it when owners go the extra mile to make your stay special. It really shows they care about your stay.

Absolute Paradise

Our annual fishing vacation took us to Rockport, TX where we found this little gem that met all the criteria for our large family. The kitchen was fully stocked. The beds were nice and comfy too. The 2 balconies provided some stunning views of the sunset and dolphins. The back patio was our favorite hangout… it did get a little warm but the front had a nice breeze and shade. The second fridge in the garage was great for storing all the beverages and extra ice for the coolers. We can’t wait to visit again soon.

Family Connection

A wonderful vacation spending time with our daughters, their partners and our two grandsons, 5 and 8. The boys, especially the 8 year old, did not want to leave. They loved the dock with all the fishing excitement. All of us enjoyed Rockport beach, the July Fourth fireworks show over Little Bay, the Community Pool, and dolphin morning sightings in the canal. Downtown Rockport is always fun. We enjoyed Its a Grind for morning coffee and all the stores downtown for souvenirs of our trip. I really enjoyed family meals around the dinner table with everyone together- priceless memories!

Long weekend on Copano Bay

This is a great place to stay, for a family as well as a group of friends. All the amenities as described, great spaces, very comfortable, fishing from the dock, easy access to the bay, close boat ramp, minutes to town, everything you could want for your Tockport vacation.

Wonderful getaway for our family!

This property exceeded my expectations. It was super clean and the kitchen was very well stocked for cooking. I was impressed that if I forgot something, I could find it in the kitchen. The beds were clean, sheets were soft and comfy. Bathrooms clean. Absolutely no complaints! The location is quiet and peaceful. We had fun being on the water and enjoyed the sunny balcony in the afternoon. Really a great place to relax and be together. The owners are so friendly and helpful. And the propane grill was great! Thanks for putting that in recently. we used it every night!

Nice waterfront property

Spacious and clean rental. Check in process was simple. Owners met us there to ensure everything was okay and give us a quick walkthrough of the house. We would stay again!

Fish trained to hit bait on cue

It exceeded our expectations in all categories: cleanliness, well equipped kitchen, lovely decorations, comfortable beds, wifi service, and friendly hosts Bart and Terri next door. The house was well maintained and everything worked. Bart can even use his dr doolittle trick to have 30 pound black drum hit the bait on my 78 year old mom’s light fishing rod on Bart’s cue. Mom landed that beast and was on cloud 9. I am definitely going back with my folks. They enjoyed it so much. Thanks Terri and Bart.

Nice family getaway

House was clean and well stocked! Boat launch was very convenient and location in the bay was great. The children’s room upstairs was awesome having close to the master bedroom and away from the main floor.
