This charming, fully air conditioned home has water views throughout. Enter into the comfortable living room with a gas fireplace and wall-mounted tv. Pass through the dining area into the modern, well-appointed kitchen. Off the main floor is a spacious deck and screened porch with stunning water views. There is also a main floor Queen bedroom and full bathroom with a walk-in shower.
There are two bedrooms on the second floor. On one side, with water views, is a room with two full beds next to a full bathroom accessed via the hall. The primary suite has a king bed, ensuite bathroom and a private balcony.
The basement offers a cozy seating area, a desk and sliding doors to a small patio with views of the marsh and the ocean beyond.
There is parking for 2 cars (only) in front of the house. No smoking. No pets. No events or parties.
