Beautiful Ground Level Condo

There is an adjoined fishing bridge between the Kontiki Beach Resort building and the condos behind it. Walk by to fish, socialize, bring your boat and take it out to Aransas Bay!  It is located at the end of the building. Follow the sail around the condo building towards the back side and you will find your way into Aransas Bay. No need to travel miles to get to the bay. This bridge connects families, friends, and neighbors to get closer while sharing experiences.  There are fish cutting stations on the piers, and bbq grills outdoor cooking.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a sofa bed.
