This is a gorgeous three-bedroom, three bathroom condo with a master bedroom downstairs featuring a king size bed. The private bath with a walk-in shower with wall bars. There are two spacious bedrooms upstairs, one with a king size bed with flat screen TV. The accompanying private bath featuring a walk-in shower. The private balcony overlooks Aransas Bay as well as a sandy beach area, and an 800-foot fishing pier. The other bedroom holds two twin size beds and also has an accompanying private bathroom with walk-in shower. The condo has spacious living, dining and kitchen areas; granite countertops throughout and stainless-steel appliances. There is a nice-sized pantry closet, a full-sized dining room table, and a long bar with two barstools. No pets are allowed in this condo.
