Bayfront bayside condo

Located on the bayside of the Bayfront at Kontiki condos, this spacious three-bedroom, three bathroom condominium overlooks Aransas Bay as well as a sandy beach area, and an 800-foot fishing pier.  The living area has plenty of seating and overlooks the bay through a large sliding glass door.  There is a six-seat dining table and the kitchen is separated by  a long bar. The kitchen has full sized applicances and a dual sink.
The downstairs bedroom accomodates two guests on a king bed, and there is a Roku television located on the wall. The accompanying bathroom holds a tub, and the vanity is located on the outside of the bath/toilet area. A carpeted stairway leads up to the second floor.
A washer and dryer are enclosed in the upstairs hallway leading to two bedrooms. The master upstairs bedroom includes a queen bed. There is a recliner, dresser, two side tables, and a big closet. The smart TV is located on the wall.
The third bedrooom has two two sets of bunk/twins bed. A TV is mounted on the wall and there are two night stands and a closet inin the corner.
One bathroom is located between the two rooms. Each side has its own  vanity, and toilet, and a single tub is in the middle.
