Roaches on both of the nights we stayed… Kitchen without any cups pots or pans to cook. Notified the front desk of the bug problem and nothing was offers to compensate our inconvenience. Disappointed as the location was perfect

Price was great. I had a late check-in so when I arrived, had to call on phone and it took almost 15 minutes before someone was able to let me in. I didn't make a complaint because I was tired. But the room had a sweaty odor.

This was a very nice, pet friendly and clean stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful in suggestions on where to eat. The only thing negative was that the bed was not too comfortable. Otherwise, a very pleasant stay!

Sparce rooms, not very inviting

I stayed here for a week when my daughter had a college softball tournament. It did what I needed it to do but wasn't the greatest. No pool or hot tub. No breakfast. Staff always acted like I was bothering them. It has a kitchenette but you have to request any utensils, plates etc. I asked for a toaster but they said they aren't allowed. The bed was OK but not luxurious by any means. It was fairly inexpensive though

Pros-very clean room, excellent front desk & housekeeping employees Cons- bed very uncomfortable(had a wierd bed frame that almost set on the floor, so if you are tall was hard to get out of), walls were thin & could hear hallway & next door neighbor very well

Was not quiet….. all the decor is hard surfaces which I understand is in style but it makes for a noisy atmosphere. The doors are very noisy and you could hear everyone coming and going 24 hours a day.

They charged a $50 NON REFUNDABLE "deposit" for pets. Had I know about it while booking on travelocity, my choice would have been different. The cleaning lady entered early (around 930AM) before my checkout and started packing my stuff into a trashbag, while I was taking care of my dog, in the parking lot.

Staff was very friendly but the rooms were dirty. There was a lot of sand and hair on the floor definitely could use a good sweep. As well as long hair on the sheets.
