My microwave did not work and during check out the check out lady made an inappropriate comment to my son while I went to my vehicle to get by cell phone as she was stating my payment was declined and I had actually paid in advance. In fact, my card was charged twice! So, when I stepped out she told my son "why did she run out so fast" "I hate my job" as if I was trying to skip out on my bill and leave my son there. Unfortunately, my son did not tell me this until after I had left the hotel, otherwise, I would have brought this inappropriate behavior/comment to her attention.
Hot room ac didnt work good didnt get cold til 3 in the morning i checked in at 10. I asked for another room and said they would be the same that it would get colder that was at 11 an hr after i checked in. Hard day at work in the hot sun just to be in the heat all nite pretty much. Dont recomend
MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS SATISFYING THE ONLY THING I DIDN'T NOT LIKE THE CHAIR LOCATED IN THE ROOM WAS FILTHY AND HAD A LOT OF STAINS IN THE CHAIR. I PUT THE BEDSPREAD FROM THE BED ON THE CHAIR. AND THE BED AND SHEETS WAS COMFORTABLE I SLEEP LIKE A NEW BORN BABY AND ALSO THE PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE
First off, error in reservation as we requested double queen room for 3 adults. They first put us in a single queen then king with a rollaway. No other rooms in hotel to help us with. This is disappointing on both ends as I have not had this problem in a long time. The morning after they charged us for the rollaway but reversed the charge after I caught it on the review. Room was adequately clean but rollaway was filthy. A 4 for the room cleanliness but a 1 for the rollaway. An accommodation that needs significant improvement in their coordination with Orbitz
Staff and owner very friendly. Accomadated our pets also, which is a great plus for us.
Nice place but carpet could use a good cleaning. Room was great for price and pretty good breakfast

We as the new management are developing on new procedure on how to better serve our guest. In this hot summer when temperatures are rising above hundred degrees we are keeping up by communicating with out guest in advance so that we can better serve them by keeping the room cool for them. During our renovation, we spend most of our budget on beds and pillows.
