With no lack of natural beauty to explore, enjoy beach access a quick walk away, or head for Neakahnie-Manzanita State Park for a peaceful hike amongst an old-growth forest. A truly serene and unique experience, board the Oregon Coast Scenic Railroad for a seaside journey (eight miles). Check out the Tillamook Creamery (16 miles) for a delicious pint of ice cream and cheese samples. Or indulge in the area's great surfing areas.

Relax in the sun-filled living room adorned with soft seating, nautical touches, and a large TV. Practice yoga in the mornings, play a board game in the afternoon, and tune into your favorite movie come nightfall. The adjacent kitchen's charm can be found amongst the blue cabinetry and beautiful wood dining table. A gas grill is provided for seafood cookouts.

Both bedrooms in this home have been carefully curated with fun artwork, tasteful colors, and plush bedding. And for your complete convenience, there is a washer/dryer and a jetted tub.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Security camera details: This home has a ring camera on the front door facing towards the street. It also has a camera facing the backyard- not towards the hot tub



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
