This place is horrible. I booked a room for four or five days, and literally checked out the next morning due to a roach infestation. The worst part is that they only gave me a refund for one night. I took the matter up a notch by submitting an inquiry to the corporate headquarters and they never even responded. I guess I'll have to contact the BBB.

At first, it appeared that housekeeping had forgotten to clean the room. Once this was reported to the manager, she came and changed all the bed linen, including providing a new mattress cover! She brought more towels and straightened the room herself. Not only that, she compted us one night of our stay!

It was ok until the lady started cursing at all our kids when the kids didn’t even do anything! The lady cursed at my son and blamed him for running when no kids were running. She just better be glad I didn’t hear curse at my son. Definitely don’t recommend this place anymore!

Pros: The property and room were clean. The staff was friendly & informative. It's close by the highway. Cons: There is no elevator, so if you're on the 2nd floor you have to carry your luggage. There was a weird smell in the room, and the linen was hard & itchy. Also, turning on the heat made the smoke detector's alarm go off. Overall for the price point it wasn't bad.
