All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
Parking is permitted only in designated bays. Candles and open flames are strictly prohibited inside the property. Kindly refrain from sitting on indoor furniture while wearing wet swimsuits or damp clothing.
Please ensure noise levels are kept to a minimum after 10:00 PM.

The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at Haute Rive MU, Roches Noires 31201, Mauritius

The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
