Un endroit plein de charme, simple et authentique avec ses vielles pierres, ses hauts plafonds , fenĂȘtres d’atelier, calme et joyeux. Tout est pensĂ© pour offrir un confort de maison de famille.Si l’absence de porte intĂ©rieures peut surprendre, la possibilitĂ© d’aerer en suffisance pendant la nuit justifie amplement ce choix.Les hotes rĂ©ussissent Ă  ĂȘtre accueillants, presents, attentifs et discrets (ce qui est loin d’ĂȘtre une evidence) ! Et nous avons adorĂ© profiter d’une magnifique piscine propre, sans exces de chlore, dans un jardin prevu pour que chaque hĂŽte puisse s’y dĂ©tendre librement dans une ambiance conviviale ! Bon week-end prolongé dans le Gard

Nous avons passĂ© quelques jours Ă  la filature, qui s'est rĂ©vĂ©lĂ© ĂȘtre un excellent pied Ă  terre pour visiter les environs : Pont du Gard, Avignon bien sĂ»r, mais aussi Arles et les Baux de Provence. Rien n'est loin ! Les hĂŽtes sont adorables. Seul regret : la piscine n'Ă©tait pas encore en route, en raison de la mĂ©tĂ©o maussade de ce printemps

Une semaine : soleil, ciel bleu, bonne humeur ambiante, liberté totale ...

Dans un cadre naturel de toute beauté, mes petits enfants et moi avons profité au maximum du confort, de la diversité quant aux possibilités sportives( natation, pétanque etc...) en totale liberté et sans restriction au cune....l'accueil y est parfait, sans entrave à notre liberté ! Quant aux possibilités de découvertes locales , elles sont innombrables , diverses et trÚs intéressantes ...aucun faux pas dans ce séjour !

Die Zimmer waren insgesamt sehr feucht. Als es stĂ€rker geregnet hat, lief das Wasser an den WĂ€nden herunter und u.a. auf die Elektrik, was mehrere StromausfĂ€lle zur Folge hatte. In der Dusche gab es hunderte von Ameisen und die Toilette wurde aus PlatzgrĂŒnden unter die Treppe nach oben gebaut und so eng, dass man kaum die TĂŒr zumachen konnte, ohne sich den Kopf an der TĂŒr anzuschlagen. Der Pool war erst 3 Tage nach Ankunft nutzbar. Vermieter war bemĂŒht, es irgendwie hinzubekommen, aber solche Zimmer (Toilette, Undichtigkeit Dach, Feuchtigkeit) dĂŒrften eigentlich zu diesem Preis nicht vermietet werden.

Un endroit au calme dans la verdure

Gite trÚs agréable au milieu d'un immense terrain aux arbres magnifiques. La literie est de qualité et confortable. La piscine est un vrai plus, d'autant que ses dimensions permettent vraiment de se baigner. Les propriétaires sont tout à la fois chaleureux, disponibles, et réactifs. La proximité d'Avignon (15' en voiture) a également été une bonne surprise. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Bien mais il y a quelques mais

Les points positifs, la situation gĂ©ographique dans la rĂ©gion, il est aisĂ© de se rendre Ă  NĂźmes, Avignon, Uzes, et beaucoup d’autres endroits remarquables de Provence. Les logements sont vraiment jolis, les propriĂ©taires ont su y faire pour la remise en Ă©tat du bĂątiment qui nous/vous accueille. Le propriĂ©taire, est trĂšs sympa ! Mais, nous avons trouvĂ© quelques « mais »: -La maison peut accueillir Ă  mon avis plus de 20 personnes, ce n’est pas clair dans les descriptions. Il y a en effet, 5 ou 6 locations pouvant accueillir 4 personnes au moins. Les terrasses sont fort proches, sĂ©parĂ©es d’un petit buisson ci et lĂ . Ça (peut) manque(r) d’intimitĂ©. De plus les terrasses ne proposent aucun confort. -Il fait trĂšs chaud la nuit sur la mezzanine, ou les enfants avaient pris place. Difficile de dormir correctement, de plus nous avons eu plusieurs Ă©pisodes ou des animaux, certainement des rongeurs faisaient un vacarme pas possible dans la sous-toiture -La piscine est quasiment en permanence Ă  l’ombre (vĂ©gĂ©tation). Les enfants et encore moins les adultes n’ont su en profiter lors de notre sĂ©jour (tempĂ©rature de l’eau ne dĂ©passant jamais 22°C). NĂ©anmoins, le sĂ©jour fĂ»t agrĂ©able.

Le gĂźte est implantĂ© une ancienne filature de ver Ă  soie dans un parc de trĂšs beaux arbres. La restauration a Ă©tĂ© faite avec goĂ»t en respectant le site avec une grande piscine de nage, un parking ombragĂ© tout ceci Ă  10 minutes d’Avignon. Le propriĂ©taire est trĂšs disponible. Nous recommandons vivement cette offre. Vous ne regretterez rien

Wunderschön und entspannt unter MandelbÀumen

Die Wohnungen sind wunderschön mit einem Blick fĂŒrs Detail ausgebaut. Die Atmosphere war entspannt und ruhig. Der Pool war sehr gepflegt und herrlich erfrischend. Im Garten stehen große alte BĂ€ume, die genĂŒgend Schatten in der Hitze spenden. Das ganze GrundstĂŒck ist sehr geschmackvoll angelegt. Wir haben den Aufenthalt mit unseren drei Kinder sehr genossen.
