The corridors smelt of sweat the room was of no quality for the price paid we didn’t get not even a hot drinks in the room or any kettle to make it the tea or coffee when asked we were told to pay extra the room had no heating we were frozen had a bad sleep the TV only had one channel working the staff were not helpful I would not recommend this hotel to anyone it’s a scam with the pictures posted online & waste of money

Clean room good size and all amenities except a room safe. Staff courteous and fast efficient check in. Good breakfast selection but closed at 930. Check out 1200 so no rush to clear room. Good gym facilities but did not have chance to use this time. One slight issue was tbe extremly hard pillows. Othetwise all goodd.

The room was cosy and spacious, the beds were comfy. Overall lovely room and lovely hotel, a bit dated but that reflects in the price and although could do with a revamp it was pristine. Breakfast was lovely, good coffee lots of options for English or continental breakfast lovers equally. We had dinner in the restaurant the first night and it was delicious. Good sized pool which again was a bit basic HOWEVER the spa was surprisingly nice! 2 different steam rooms, 2 different dry saunas, an ice room and jacuzzi plus swim outside pool. Well equipped gym as well. Absolute treat for the price cannot complain. We’ll visit again!

Excellent all round from check inn lovely helpful lady on reception. Clean and tidy rooom. Breakfast staff rude and miserable. Breakfast quantity was good quality was just ok at best. Spa swimming pool steam rooms sauna amazing.
