Nice hotel but a bit disappointed with the shower

Stayed for one night here and was impressed in general. Decor was a little dated in the room but the bathroom was nice and modern. Very clean rooms with good service and good location. Would stay here again if I was in the local area. Only real criticism was the water pressure in the showers...was extremely weak and the valve that changes from overhead shower to hand held shower would barely switch due to the low pressure. I was on the top floor so perhaps the lower floors might have more pressure

An exceptionally friendly and efficient staff led by a first rate manager. Rocella ionica is an unexpected gem of a self contained town with miles of sandy beach. The hotel overlooks a shady square with railway and beach beyond. Hotel and town very dog friendly

Shift manager were unwilling to help when things went wrong with the room. Half the powerpoints did not work and the manager did not care.

This hotel is wonderful, in the old traditional

I had a great time there, the owners and staff were more than pleasant ! They made me feel very comfortable and at home. Also parking was so easy ! right by the front door, you don't get that anywhere !

Hotel was well located and the rooms spacious. The reception staff were friendly and courteous. Unfortunately,our shower had mould and the general cleanliness left a great deal to be desired. The hotel website advertises they run a coeliac kitchen - as I'm gluten intolerant, this was a factor in my selection of this hotel. After our first breakfast where there was nothing gluten free in offer, I asked if they had gluten free bread. Waitress said she would enquire but 4 days later when we left nothing had been organized.

El Hotel tiene buena ubicación, no contaba con PC para el pasajero,el personal correcto en gral aunque poco imformado. La habitación tenía mobiliario con funcionamiento defectuoso producto de falta de mantenimiento. Limpieza y desayuno satifactorios En resumen falta nivel para estar denominado cuatro estrellas.

Ottimo hotel in centro.In posizione strategica sia per escursioni lungo la costa jonica che per trascorrere vacanze al mare. Camere spaziose e pulite con vista mare. Colazione varia con tante cose buone dolci e salate. Il pane caldo cotto nel forno a legna è il ricordo che porteró con me da questo breve soggiorno. Staff gentile e premuroso. Ottimo rapporto qualitá/prezzo.
