Ottima posizione, ritornerò

Abbiamo alloggiato in questa graziosa mansarda dal lunedì al giovedì di metà febbraio. L'ambiente é familiare ed accogliente,tutto tipicamente in legno. Sapendo che arrivava un bimbo di 2 anni il proprietario ha avuto premura di farci trovare il riscaldamento acceso.la casa accoglie benissimo 2 adulti e 2 bambini/ragazzi in quanto c'è una camera matrimoniale e una cameretta con letti a castello( non c'è possibilità di unirli). Soggiorno con camino e cucinino separato. Piccoli inconvenienti dovuti alle altezze ma ci si abitua subito se non si ha dimestichezza con la mansarda. Vista mozzafiato del panorama su due esposizioni. Ottima posizione, a piedi si raggiunge sia il centro sia il primo impianto. Posto in garage riservato,ottimo se la notte nevica e si vuol tenere coperta l'auto. Piccole attenzioni : verificare se funziona l'ascensore perché la mansarda è al 5 piano :( - adeguare il riscaldamento alle proprie esigenze ( pur essendoci la neve si stava bene anche a 18*gradi) - chiudendo le imposte delle finestre c'è meno dispersione del calore ( due sono rotte ma compensa lo scambio d'aria). - Il palazzo é un po' datato e trascurato ma non incide sulla scelta. Gestione completamente in autonomia della casa supportata da assistenza telefonica. Proprietario gentilissimo e disponibilissimo. Ritornerò volentieri
